They helped me get RO water in my apartment and then put everything back when it was time to move. The water tastes so much better than the Big Spring tap water (which you really shouldn't drink). Having Culligan Water saved me from having to buy all the plastic jugs and bottles of purified water from the store. The convenience and peace of mind that we're drinking good water is well worth the cost.

We called Culligan and they were out the next day to service both systems. Due to their lack of use, they had to replace both units. Very professional and all work was done in two days. Recently however my husband decided we should install our own softener for cost effectiveness. While I hate the idea of something happening and not being able to just call Culligan out, my husband is super handy and I tend to be as well when forced to be haha. In such and instance as when my husband is out of town and things tend to go haywire. Anyhow, I called to inquire the process and they weren't pushy or pressuring in anyway to get us to keep their unit. They were out within two days and even explained the hook up we needed vs theirs.
