Unfortunately, a lot of their hot sandwich options were off the table since they seemed to have a broken toaster, but I was able to order a hummus veggie sandwich that came with seasoned potato chips, a side salad, and a stick of chocolate. I also got a vanilla cake bite (pop without the stick) and everything was about $18 with tip. I didn't feel like trying any of the drinks, but some of the coffee flavors sounded interesting and they have seasonal flavors too. The ambiance is inviting, and definitely feels like a cozy place for the community to come hang. If you ever find yourself in this part of west Texas, definitely keep this spot in your back pocket for close to healthy eats!

There are a few good coffee options in San Angelo and if you are in Buttercup's part of town, this is your stop.

I was getting my regular groceries at HEB when I noticed they have the Ezekiel's bread I'd been buying for almost 4 dollars cheaper!! HEB offered a lot of the "raw" stuff is been buying from here for a lot less money. I've started returning to midlands Natural Grocers (I'm in midland every 2-3 weeks) and whatever I can find at HEB, because I'm not willing to pay double for something just because it's one of the very few stores in town. Can't wait for greenies to open this year! Otherwise the new workers are helpful and sweet and the store does provide a lot of wonderful things, just too pricey in my opinion.
