After a great first service call, we had another issue and needed to call them again a few months…read morelater. We were asking for a solution to getting hot water to the far end of the house faster, as we haul water, and running 50 gal down the drain waiting for it to get hot is expensive. They recommended and installed some kind of circulating pump thingy that attaches to the water heater, and when switched on (has a timer so you can set various times for it to be active) hot water instantly comes out of the faucet in the far corner of the house. Don't know how it works, but it works great! We never would have thought of that solution, but it solved our problem to a T! Highly recommend their technician Grady.
