I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and was still charged excessive amounts. Management initially offered split payments, I accepted, then they stopped responding entirely. No plan, no response, just straight to collections after multiple attempts to reach out to them. Later, the balance was sent to collections without warning, forcing a lump-sum payment. (They have that option and will use it) Move-out inspection was also mishandled--management arrived 90 minutes late to a scheduled walkthrough. ( I have video proof of tardiness and conduct of behavior while addressing a resident and military member) The point - they will not respect you or your time. Be aware: this complex mirrors military housing standards, takes all of your BAH, and raises rent whenever BAH increases. Used a handheld vacuum box to get along the baseboards and corners then used a pre-cleaner to treat the stains. After that he used an orbital cleaner across the whole room to clean the carpet, followed by a carpet rake to stand it back up.
