I think I've written too many reviews. I'm suffering from Byrneout. But I don't want to Byrne my bridges so I'm going to keep writing instead of abandoning Yelp completely. If I want to get through all these reviews I'll have to Byrne the midnight oil. But how can we sleep when the Beds Are Byrneing? What to get: Black Raspberry Hard Ice Cream, or custard. Coffee hard ice cream. Choc shake. What else: Absolutely everything here is amazing. What do you call a girl who sets fire to the written demands for payment that she gets in the mail?: Byrne-a-dette. I was amazed to discover how damn good Byrne Dairy is. It's unbelievably delicious. This is honestly one of the best ice cream, custard and shake places in the whole country. I like it a tiny bit better than Abbott's and Rita's, and a lot better than every other chain. Famous Nuclear Power Station in Ukraine was named after this place. It had a melt-down worse than a custard cone in South Texas in July. It was called "Byrne-obyl." Byrne Dairy is a series of gas stations (but there are not many of them) in places like ROC and SYR but usually out in the country. They have a window, serving fresh Byrne Ice Cream, Shakes, and Custard. They are famous for their Black Raspberry flavor and it's *incredible*. It sounds awful but it's orgasmically perfect. There's a town in Alabama named after this Daity. Byrneingham, AL. You must have heard about it. Famous evil organization HQ was there... the JJJ or something? I've been to 2 locations (so far). This one, and the one in Chili NY which is my fave. This location has really slow and iffy service, and lots of flavours are missing. Also the lines seem to be much longer. But it's well worth the wait because the products are incredible! Lead singer of New Order even named himself after it. Byrne-ard Sumner. I've tried their hard coffee ice cream which is one of the best hard ice creams I've ever tasted. I've tried their chocolate shake which is one of the top 5 shakes I've ever had in my life (and I'm shake obsessed so that is a huge compliment). It's the best shake in the WNY region and that's a massive statement too since we have so many good homemade ones. Best ice cream you'll ever eat or my name is Byrne-ie Taupin. Oh hi Elton. So if the sun is Byrne-ing you up and you need to cool down, this is where you need to come. Not literally come. We can take care of that later. If you want to. I won't even charge you. This time. This place is only getting 2 stars because of how polite, bubbly, and friendly the young lady was that made my sub! I saw an excellent price for a large sub, and that they were supposed to be another dollar off on the particular day that I went. Well, the other woman working (I presume this was her boss) was not as friendly. She initially tried charging me double because I simply changed out one meat to another. Even after explaining what was done, she still didn't grasp it, and insisted on overcharging me. I probably would have became a regular customer, but now, I will never be back. read more

Terrible customer service. Cashier and manager did not know how to use the store's new card reader. Followed my daughter out of the store and accused her of not paying for her items (items that they had scanned and bagged). They accused her in front of other customers. This place is cheap with their ice cream. Portions are small as well as they intentionally don't fill the cone. Asked if they would fill the cone and they stated it was against their policy. I find other places to buy ice cream now. read more
