Every time we go to pick up a prescription it is never ready. When you're in a time crunch, they…read morehave an excuse. To make them better, they close the pharmacy whenever they want. You see the time online and a doctor calls in your script and oh surprise surprise Walgreens Pharmacy closed early. The best part is when you're upset or in a hurry because they have had your script for a day or hours, they act shocked like how dare you get upset that I don't care about your wellbeing, it's not like you Doctor just called it in we had it for hours. Walgreens pharmacy in Brockport needs better staff sloppy and unprofessional. It's so disheartening to know that if you need something expect 24 hours or more.

The store itself is clean, well organized, and stocked with goodies. There is one cashier that we see ALL the time who is just fabulous. Fast, fun, and personable. I also scheduled my first Covid vaccine here, and the process was virtually seamless. They have a waiting area with chairs, and a separate room for vaccinations so that you can have privacy, and it was all really well done. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

I asked her if I should wait here and she told me I had to go to the back of the line, I asked if I could pay for it already so that I could grab it and go and she said I had to wait until it was ready to pay. She then walked away and under her breathe said "I have too much to do I'm not arguing with her" when my prescription was ready I paid and just told the tech " I heard what you said and I understand you're short staffed but you don't have to be nasty" she was extremely dismissive and rude. Her name was Melissa and she was not kind. I do not recommend going to this pharmacy. Go anywhere else for your prescriptions besides here. The behavior is disgusting, you work in customer service have a better attitude
