I have massive anxiety about any dental procedures starting from childhood ( a disastrous tooth extraction at a fancy dentist in Newport 10 years ago among the more recent of nightmares ) as I was born in Hawaii, and mid 70's dentistry was positively barbaric and painful. Dr. Yeoman was so warm and funny that he put me at ease immediately as did his assistant Alex. During the procedure he was fast, precise, thorough and again, very gentle. So gentle he didn't even need to give me novocaine to fix two chips in my front tooth from gnawing on a ribeye bone. The results are BEAUTIFUL and maybe took 40 minutes. He's a magician. Staff members Alex, Rachel and Brandy were all absolutely terrific and got me in right away when I called to explain the issue. If I had to say anything negative, it is the wheelchair access for the building could be a bit better, having to go around to the back door to get in made my wife feel like she was second class. (It is the building owner, not the dental office, that is responsible for this.)

They sent a bill for over $350 for an xray not covered. They could not put crown on and wanted me to go to another dentist before they could do anything! However, his accounting has issues when 5 months after my bill ($1300 +) was paid in full per the signed "estimate" as it is now referred, I received a bill with no explanation other than $39 over 60 days and $32 over 90 days. It was the first I had ever heard of these charges. A call to the office revealed they were charges for 2 X-rays. What dentist does not realize that X-rays are a part of a procedure and should have been included in the "estimate." My experience with delayed billings like this is that the business is having financial problems.
