if I could give this place zero stars I would. absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I went for a fill in and French tip , as she did my fill in I could still see where my old nail was and she was convincing me that it's because of my nails. whatever , okay. so I didn't even want my toes done at that point so I asked if I can lay and leave . when I was paying she asks me before I pay if I would leave her a tip . At that point I lost it , I ended up paying because she did her services and I wasn't going to make a scene but BEWARE ! the air doesn't work , you will be asked to tip , & overall just not a relaxing experience. read more

I been using them for many years. There is nothing fancy about this place but it has good service. They apply their products very well and long lasting. If you can go in on a down time you will not wait long but if you can't call and make an appointment. Unfortunately I have down grade my review due to the past two visits has been rushed. Today visit resulted in a two tone color of there SNS product line. The two tone color was not what I requested and when questioned was told " aww that happens sometimes, but it looks like a mood ring. read more

I've been using this nail salon since 2013. It is so convenient to my home & I've been satisfied with services received in the past. I've practically had all the services they offer here: acrylics, gel, SNS, tips, natural nails manicured, most of the pedicure options, eyebrows waxed. I've covered the menu pretty well. It's always been no wait when I go mid morning during the week. I loved that perk also. This last time, however, not so happy. I walked-in, requested a toe polish change & SNS nail redo. I picked my color and sat immediately in the suggested chair. Service went quickly & appeared satisfactory at the time. Not so after all. The polish job on my toes & application of SNS powder on my nails was lacking. After only a week, I was chipped & hunting for another salon. It was good while it lasted. read more

Don't come here. The people are extremely rude and want to change the prices on you after the process is already done. My little girl had her nails done and he tried to change the price after she got them done. THEY REMOVED THE NAIL POLISH FROM HER NAILS. She was very upset. We will find somewhere that is more professional and doesn't try to rip you off. read more

Horrible customer service. I showed up at 2:00pm to have my eyebrows waxed and one of the workers was sitting outside the door playing on his phone. I walked past him and opened the door, upon doing so the door chimed alerting those inside that someone was entering. As I walked in I could see 3 workers sitting in the hallway eating and talking on their cellphones. I made eye contact with one of the ladies and I assumed by doing so, someone would approach me and ask if they could help me, but no one moved. I stood at the front area for 15 minutes and no one said anything. I said hello and still, no one moved. I turned to walk out the door and an older lady comes from the back and rudely asked me what did I need. (WTH?) I remained polite because I needed my eyebrows tamed, but I will not be returning.
