She puts the tips on my nails then stops in the middle of doing my nails to repair a customer toes that came in after me. I forgot to mention I showed her a picture of what I wanted before she started. She didn't do the flower on my nails the way I wanted it done in the picture and had to redo it. They worked efficiently as a lady was doing my nails at the same time. However she was quite rough with the drill and filing. Also, to mention it was really a trust be process situation with my nails. I was very concerned how they were being shaped at first. The service was pricey but seems that's all the salons now. $135 for a full set plus pedicure. Not sure about their sanitation practices either. I wasn't paying close attention at the time but I suspect some on the brushes and pumice stone had been previously used.
