She was kind, professional, personable, and did a great job! Id giver her personally 5 stars! However, the front desk ladies need improvement. They seemed overwhelmed, undertrained, and one lacked professionalism. Rather than accept her/their mistake with the mishandling of incoming customers, she tried to blame me for them losing track of what was going on. She provided her two cents on what I "should've done" and gave advice on what I "needed to do" next time. Interestingly enough, 2 other customers (apparently familiar with how things SHOULD go) came in & did exactly as I had done. So clearly, there's a lack of continuity. And the WAIT (SMH). I can tolerate the wait to be seen by a tech (there's usually a wait) but waiting to check out was ridiculous. I stood there as the other girl fumbled through booking an appointment over the phone & called for help from the other girl. I then waited while both of them tried to figure out what to do. I've been a customer at this location for years and usually have a great experience overall. I hope they solicit additional training so that the quality of customer service at the front desk can be improved.

They did accommodate a walk-in mani/pedi. She drilled the gel off my nails,, which is fine - my manicurist at home does the same. However, when the polish was off, she then used the drill to sand off another layer of my natural nails!! The polish chipped within 2 days and my natural nails are now flimsy and soft. I was surprised at how easily we were seen on a Saturday morning but I believe it was spring break so maybe that's why! Brenda did my manicure and pedicure this time and she was phenomenal. She did a wonderful job especially shaping my nails. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated. And the price of $53 for both services was an added bonus.
