I had to contact a Honda dealer to find out how to fix the problem and relay that information to Len, the owner at Richmond Motorsports. The actual fix was 15 mins of labour and a $12 part. Len chose not to refund any of the 11 hours of labour that had nothing to do with fixing the problem I went in for. I'd suggest to stay away from this business.

MTO officer called and told them that's not legal, but I still see their website has it as a policy. They can not charge for a safety if they fail it for reasons not in line with the regulations, but as is evident here, they do anyways. Seems their business practices are too shady to trust their opinions, go elsewhere.
