I went to the store in person to look at the furniture they had available, and the one that caught my eye was $200. They told me they could deliver it the next day, so I agreed. I only left a $20 deposit and did not pay the full balance right away. The lady who helped me was very nice and offered different payment options, but I preferred to pay in cash once the item was delivered, and they agreed to that. My drawer was delivered the very next day and arrived in amazing condition. I loved that I was able to pay the rest in cash once it was delivered right in front of my door. One thing I would suggest is to make sure you ask ahead of time how much the delivery fee will be, because they did not tell me beforehand and I ended up paying $60 for delivery. I would also recommend paying in cash once the item is delivered, just to make sure everything arrives in good condition before you pay the full amount. Overall, I had a really good experience, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

My age, things like Liz Claiborne and Ann Taylor dresses & blouses. I found a great pair of Michael kors pants, too. But my absolute favorite find was a pair of Sergio Valente jeans from the very early '80s that I coveted when I was young. I never had them, I wanted them, and they fit! They look brand new and we're only $7.99. My daughter bought a whole bunch of stuff including a really cute hello Kitty sweater. We got so much stuff. We overfilled the bag and still only paid 60 bucks. I can't wait to go back, there is so much stuff. You do have to wait on a long line to check out. However, I thought it was worth it considering how much we brought home.

0 stars! I asked for…read morea 68", NEW couch. This couch wasn't in their "NEW" showroom to the right, it was in the back of the store, wrapped up (apparently it just arrived)? "Irwin" showed me a "68", NEW" couch, & when I got home, he took my CC info over the phone to process the payment of $320.99. (Shipping was another $100, payable in cash upon delivery).This was not for the used floor-model, but it's twin, pull-out option, stored in the back. They said Thurs. When I called back, they said Sat., & Friday I'd receive a call to schedule a 4-hr window. The delivery driver had the nerve to call me after 9:30pm. A 68 3/4" USED couch was delivered. The pillows are stained & the material has pills ALL over it! The couch slopes in the middle, & the pillows are the most squished pillows I've ever seen! I had a contractor make adjustments to my space (construction!) to accomodate the couch since I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it, then spending ANOTHER year searching for an exactly 68" couch. When I called to speak with a manager about a refund for the lie & inconvenience, I was laughed at as he (manager 1 "Barry") immediately defended Irwin & called me a liar. Barry said I lied & didn't specify 68". Um, If I ONLY have 68" of space @ home to work with, WHY wouldn't I specify? That's the reason I haven't purchased a couch yet! I can't find one 68"! Barry also said in his 13(?) years managing the store, they have NEVER sold a new piece of furniture. Never ever. So Irwin lied about the measurement of the couch. He possibly lied about a new furniture showroom, or Barry is lying about it. Regardless, its obvious that "lie to make a sale" is a huge part of their "tactics"! Barry offerend me a measly $60 for the inconvenience. Said he'd mail a check. Following week: "Van" called asking my husband for our CC info so he can refund the $60. When I hung up, I checked my account online to find that "Van" had CHARGED $260.99 to my card. Fingers crossed my checks don't bounce! Oh, when I asked him "what if my checks bounce because you TOOK my money?!" his response was "too bad, not my fault." Pretty sure that's illegal: lying to someone to get their CC info, then TAKING their money. So "Van" is a liar also. I called today to speak with ANYONE, & Barry answered :( I discussed the details with him (of course I was a bit upset, my money is stolen & missing)! The result? Barry having another laugh-fest & hanging up on me. He did call back (after he claimed he didn't have my number - LOOK! ANOTHER LIE!) and left just the nicest voicemail message assuring me that he'd take care of everything tomorrow. Well great, NOW I can rest easy knowing that Barry the laughing liar is handling everything. I'm actually really excited to see how far they'll take this! I mean, it's been so exciting so far, with all the lies & laughing & stealing. Surely it can't get any better?!
