Auto insurance is one of those things we hate to pay for but, its required. I had an issue with a claim where my insurance estimate was cancelled by corporate as they were unable to find my vehicle at the inspection yard. The tow company did not release my auto to the inspection yard until after the inspection date. So... Car not found inspection cancelled. This was the state for 16 days. I contacted Eric & his team, and explained that my repair inspection was 16 days or so overdue. 24 hours later after the escalation by Eric's Team... My repair inspection was complete and my insurance claim was resolved. Hats Off To Eric Liu & Mackalia Hadley for their efforts.

I had the condo policy for my rental property with American Family Insurance through this…read moreoffice/agent. The renewal premium increased a lot and I then decided to transfer to another company. I got a refund for the unused premium but with a high penalty (10% of premium) for the moving. The AmFam company or the agent have never informed me for such a penalty. When I called the office about this, the representatives didn't even know the policy. They had to contact the headquarter to check it. The service this office/agent provides is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. In fact, many other companies do not charge such a moving fee and I will transfer all my policies with this office to others as soon as they are ready to renew. Just don't want to have any businesses with this agent. I will also file a complaint/case through other regulatory/legal avenues. By the way, it looks like I am not the only one who has problems with this agent. Just check out the reviews for this office/agent in the review sites. This agent is about the lowest it can get for the same type of businesses. Not sure why it is still in business.

In addition to that, be very cautious when you talk to them , they are the boss, you only have the obligation to pay the money, they decide whether they want to help or not. One word, this agency sucks. The insurance company they representing sucks. Don't trust the good reviews they are posting, not sure the agency is providing different services based on what standard. But just be very careful if you want to get services from them. God bless you for getting what you wish for.
