Excellent center. Great staff. After-school program has been rewarding for our boys.

No smile or nothing on her face. They act uppity , because they know it's not many daycares to choose from in the area. It's so sad!

DO NOT COME TO THIS DAYCARE! If you read the reviews below, everything with 1-2 stars is CORRECT…read more All of the managers that work in the daycare are extremely rude to all parents (Especially Ms. LETTIE**), MS. Marika with the dreads and glasses and Ms. Andie. They are constantly treating us like we are the children and speak down to the parents. I most recently reported them to the state for not allowing parents to enter classrooms to pick up their children or even pick up their children's belongings and also for not informing parents that there was hand foot and mouth disease going around the daycare. I overheard the director ask her teacher if she wiped down the classroom because of how contagious the disease is, only to hear the teacher laugh and say "no". I have been yelled at by Ms. Lettie for walking into a classroom to pick up my child and her things and was told "i may be stealing other kids things" and also talked rudely from Ms. Marika for getting my daughter's jacket out a room. While in the meantime, im being told by the teachers that i am more than welcome to walk into a classroom to get my child's things! After speaking with the state, i was informed no daycare should be stopping parents from entering a classroom to pick up their kids or belongings and will be enforced . Also, the director is extremely rude and nasty. She only cares about the money and can careless about the parents. When she spoke with me she only wants to hear her RUDE employee's side and was yelling at me instead of listening. They will constantly call you to pick up your child for the littlest things. ALSO they close on days that are not listed within their handbook. They once told me they would be open for the rest of the week to only show up and they were closed the whole week AND was charged for the whole week of NOT being there! RUDE RUDE RUDE people. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE KIDS OR PARENTS. Only their pockets. It is NOT worth bringing your child here

The director, Ms. Kris Cucuru, is unprofessional, dishonest, and poorly trained herself. She was often dressed quite sloppily (skirts too high and necklines too low) and projected a slovenly appearance. The owner, Ms. Cindy, was aloof and barely spoke to parents, perhaps out of disinterest or possibly out of timidity. The operation of the center was disorganized, which resulted in my children frequently losing articles of clothing during the multiple transfers from one classroom to another. My son would come home with bruises, cuts, scrapes, and scratches with little to no explanation or formal documentation of the incidents (as is the protocol at other centers). The only plus to the center was the extended care and that they did attempt to have festive activities for the children around the holidays. For the amount of tuition required, this center leaves a lot to be desired. If you are an active or concerned parent, I would advise you to stay away from this one and Crestwood Academy up the street. You certainly have much better and affordable options for quality care elsewhere.

You can't even walk in the building when Georgia law declared Covid a non emergency now. You pick up and drop your child off at the door which is weird. As a first time mom I wanted to stop by and check on my child the first week and they had an attitude about that even though during the tour it was expressed that wouldn't be an issue. They would put other babies bibs and hats on my child. Have a bottle of her breast milk away in another child's bag and it took a week to get my bottle back from the other parent. They DO NOT update the Procare app so I barely knew what was going on with my child. Overall I didn't feel at ease leaving my child here with no updates, organization, or sanitary precautions.

Everyday I came to pick her up/drop her off the other kids nose would be severely running and the care giver didn't bother to wipe it. They don't keep the kids clean, so I know the toys couldn't possible be sanitized well. She wasn't learning anything and everyday I would come to pick her up the teacher didn't really have a report for what the day was like, even if I asked questions. When they would have outside time all the kids would just stand up under the shade with the teacher. Not playing or anything. No learning takes place. In a nutshell this place is a babysitting service and nothing more. They are well overpriced too.‍‍ Side note: when I called to withdraw my daughter the person I spoke to asked why and I told her and she was very uninterested in the flaws that I revealed to her about that center. So change probably won't happen. It's best to avoid this place all together.
