I arrive virtually to my now 3rd appointment with now Dr. Mareena Miller and sat waiting in the que for an hour and she never showed up to the appointment. The ladies in the office are completely clueless when it comes to how to deal with their patients--this was on a Sunday. I kept being told to sit and wait and then they send a new sign on link without saying so so I was sitting in the wrong que and finally jumped in the correct one (I think) and still no doctor. Highly disappointed and will NEVER refer anyone here. For you office staff--try to think about the patients you are working with and some have mental needs and the way you handle a situation can a bad affect on that individual.
