This used to be our go to wash if we weren't going to be by a Mr. Carwash. No more, this wash didn't do anything for the bird poop in the driver door or anything at all for the back of my suv. The window was dirty, lift gate still dirty, bumper... dirty. The polish is pretty but it is hard to make it shine with dirt underneath. I guess it's good enough for a rough cleaning but not worth paying for the platinum wash.

I still try to use Squeaky Clean from time to time because it's locally owned and the owner is responsive. I accidentally selected the wrong bay once in the app and lost the wash I'd paid for because the bay I selected was closed for repairs. The owner reached out within a few hours. When I hadn't responded by the next afternoon, he followed up and provided a code for a free wash to make up for it even though I was clear it was my fault. Good luck even getting ahold of "customer service" at the chain washes. Given that I haven't used the chain more than 5-7 times a month with my "unlimited" plan that I perceived to be a better value.. I think I will be canceling it and signing up for one of Squeaky Cleans plans next month. I'm certain the chain doesn't need the business and convinced that Squeaky Clean appreciates it based on my experiences.

First LIE; Shawn, Bill & Shawn Jr ALL proudly shared with me the new 30K Engine Analyzer they had & would be using to diagnose the reason for the SERVICE ENGINE SOON warning dash light coming on. Second LIE; Yes THAT SERVICE ENGINE SOON is the correct light that was on & the reason I brought my mother's car in. Shawn was aware THAT was the warning dash light that was lit & he even reset it following their unneeded service. Not a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Third Lie; I DID NOT MOVE ANY BARREL blocking your carwash entrance & for you to accuse me of doing that is beyond ridiculous.
