I asked the staff member at the front of the car wash who happened to be the manager and holding the hose for tire cleanings if they do mat cleanings/if he could rinse my mats. He said it is not a service they offer. Upon entry of the wash, the staff rinse your tires and rims. After my car wash, my rims still have dirt chalk on them. They charge for microfiber towels that are also complimentary at other similar style car washes (like club car wash). Staff were unfriendly.

Upon further inspection and walking around, I found it had also damaged the rear tailgate portion of my SUV by ripping a plastic cover loose, leaving it hanging by the electrical wiring. I went to file a report and the manager was not there. She told me he would be in contact that day. I went the next day to speak with the manager, who was rather unapologetic and unwilling to show me the video as I was recording the engagement. I asked for a copy of the "incident report" and was handed a piece of paper with a handwritten number on it. I have called corporate and I'm still waiting for somebody to contact me after leaving multiple messages. I strongly advise against using this establishment or any similar owned by the same company. They have been very unprofessional in the manner in which this is being handled. I am extremely disappointed. For half of the price you can go to the gas station across the way and get your car washed for $10-$12. It does a far superior job and will not damage your vehicle. Shame on me for trying something new.
