Wanting to send an encouraging word and a nice bouquet to my daughter who lives about 500 miles away I called C & C Flowers, the nearest florist to her. The personnel there not only prepared a gorgeous display, but also took the time to photograph their art and sent it to me via text message. Further, they delivered the bouquet to my daughter at her home 20 miles away the same day! My daughter told me she was so pleased and excited to receive them she forgot to tip the delivery person. She asked for their contact information so I provided that to her. Next time she is in Del Rio she plans to find the driver and thank her personally. I've used C&C several times and I've always been happy with their service. Every order has been delivered without a problem, and they always call beforehand for a residential delivery. I use them exclusively for flowers in Del Rio because I've had better luck with availability of specialty items at C&C than at other places, and the arrangements are always beautiful. My only complaint is that when you order from their website, you receive an email from them every day that just includes the info from the homepage. I feel like for all that spam, I at least deserve loyalty points or a promo code. Yes? :) read more
