The bartender gave me a ton of local recommendations for restaurants and places to see and was always available for requests. PRICE/VALUE: The place was a bit overpriced for me. I chose a Sprite and ordered the tacos de bistec, and added avocado and cheese at an additional cost. My meal was served promptly and it both looked and tasted great, a bit salty, but I like that. The staff and owner were present, helpful and friendly, despite the fact I was there late and the last customer after a long day. This spot is a one woman operation (as far as I can tell) with 10 types of tortilla fillings. They include a myriad of flavahs, from carne guisada to asada, puerco verde to chicharon. You choose what you want, for under $5, and are served your tacos piping hot with salsa on the table for extra hawtness.
