I want to start by saying I have been using this company for almost 3 years on a monthly basis. I hardly ever had the same ladies come to the house and If I did I never saw them more than twice. The turnover here is insane. They did a fine job. However, on the last cleaning they stripped the finish on the oil rubbed bronze fixtures in my bathroom. When I went to address the issue via email, text and calls no one will respond or take accountability for the mishap. I have sent numerous texts, calls and emails. It's been almost 2 Months and no one will return my calls or texts or emails. I am 7 months pregnant and don't have the time or energy for this. They left me high and dry with an added expense of having to change out faucets at my own expense since they don't seem to want to own up to their mistakes. This company is unreliable and doesn't take accountability for their actions.

I needed this work done on rather short notice. I had made arrangements with another cleaning company but once they got there and saw the condition, they told me it required a deep clean and that would be a higher charge and it would require their specialized deep cleaning service. We agreed on a price, day and time for that service. When I specified things that I wanted to make sure came out clean, All of a sudden their specialized deep cleaning service was not available and I was told I would need to use another service. In other words, they could not live up to their promise and backed out of the agreement. I was left hanging and reached back out to Natalie who I had been in contact with previously. I explained the entire situation to her and she assured me that impeccable touch could get it done for me, at that price and when I needed it done. Her communication with me was excellent. The crew was there on time and worked for many hours to get the place as clean as I needed it. They even came back the next day to make sure everything was as I had asked.
