We arranged for a one-time deep clean, with the possibility of monthly maintenance cleaning if all went well. Yeah, it went well. He came out for a walk-through and we found him so pleasant, and he gave me a reasonable price, so we scheduled it. On the day, he was punctual and professional. He got straight to work, and it was no small feat, but he worked so thoroughly and diligently. We are two long-haired adults with a small fuzzy dog, so you can imagine the mess we make... By the time he was done we were nearly in tears. This house has NEVER been so clean. We gave it a white-glove check after he left, which was AMAZING. But the most surprising thing is that now, 2 weeks later, we're STILL coming across little details that we missed but he hadn't. I think he touched every open space in this whole house--and he didn't just wipe the surfaces, he polished them. Somehow, the house is even staying clean--what sorcery is this? Renato and team arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and went to work. Every nook and cranny addressed, every baseboard and window sill wiped clean, even the Oven exhaust vents were taken down and expertly cleaned like new. Who does that? Renato does! This service is on the more expensive side, but over the years I have had cleaners who have charged as much or even less and delivered far less that the end result with Renato. When turned on the water, I noticed that on the floor there were black spots as my feet were very dirty. After my granchildren left today I decided to send the robot to map the floor. I change the robot's pad after cleans every room in my house. i have never seen the pads so dirty as today. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms and the counters again today even though that I paid for that yesterday. I don't know if the towels that they used (my husband that was at the house at that time told that they didn't use a lot of paper towel so I ssume that they used cloth towels) were dirty or never changed the water between rooms....I really don't know how this happened.

When we came back, everything looked generally clean, but the balcony, oven, and refrigerator were not cleaned at all, even though these services were supposed to be included. When we reached out to them, we said that we could overlook the balcony, but the oven and refrigerator were not done, despite being included. They apologized for the misunderstanding and said they would send someone to complete the job, but they never gave us a specific date. When I followed up, they said the cleaner who was supposed to come got sick and that they would get back to us. Another week passed, and we heard nothing, so I reached out again. They asked if we wanted to book another service, either deep cleaning or regular cleaning. I explained that I was not interested in booking anything else until they finished the previous service we had already paid for. They again said they would come soon, without giving any specific date. After following up once more, they continued to avoid giving a clear answer. It has now been a month, and no one has come back to complete the job. They are no longer responding and have effectively been ignoring us. Each time we contact them, we are told "tomorrow," but no one ever shows up. I am very disappointed with this level of service.
