We had a brake issue where it was not engaging in our trailer and not only did he look at all potential issues, he took the time (outside his normal business hours) to look out for our drivers safety and other drivers on the road. We looked at maybe four or five different combinations of issues. Even though we may not run into him again, if ever we are near the area he will be first on our list to call. But they charged me 210.00 EXTRA because they are $175.00 an hour from the time they leave the office to the time they get back to office which is really greedy @ a time like covid 19 ! I spoke to manager to try and negotiate and he gave me 25.00 off but I was still to pay for their time even if I did NOT get anything fixed! We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low.
