During a roadtrip, we hit something on the highway that damaged our splash guard on the underside of my truck. I was dragging it for miles before spotting it when we got off the highway for a rest break. A man in the service center where we stopped saw my troubled face and came out to recommend Jeck's. We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low. Now there are service centers that might take advantage of an opportunity like this but not here! Jeck's is proof that there are still good and honest people in this world. This summer 8/24, traveling from Florida to upstate NY our small motor home suffered a break down. We had lost not 1 but 2 ignition coils on cylinders 1 and 2 in our Ford V10. Things were looking quite bleak for visiting our daughter breaking down in a smaller community. We were completely elated finding Jeck's Automotive service shop. They had the parts on hand and had us back on the road in 2 hours of our arrival, and at a very reasonable price, less than 1/2 of the cost of what other shops would have charged. Flat tire service. I was stranded and they took care of me, fair, quality, quick. Got me right back on road.

I have only used for a flat tire, but I had no issues or problems. But other people have had the part breaking down after leaving, but that can happen to anyone they honor and fix it and working on cars is expensive the part and time we just have to, do our due diligence and check around for prices read more

While traveling on vacation our truck broke down. We pulled over at a rest area and asked for the location of the nearest garage. It happened to be Jeck's. The owner was most accommodating. He went out of his way to assist us in every way possible. He called a car rental place on my behalf so we could continue on our way. Then he had his grandson drive me to the ATM to get money for a taxi to take me to the car rental place which was 20 - 25 miles away. As the truck is under warranty, it has been fixed.
