Unfortunately, it was located at their Hershey dealership, and we weren't sure how difficult it would be to get it transferred. I submitted an inquiry to the Duncannon location, and Jason Kramer contacted us almost immediately on Monday. From that first conversation, his customer service was outstanding. He offered to arrange for the truck to be brought from Hershey to Duncannon, have it cleaned and ready, and schedule a test drive for Alexandra after work on Tuesday. When we arrived Tuesday evening, Jason had everything prepared and even placed a hold tag on the truck so no one else could purchase it before Alexandra had a chance to see it. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail meant so much to us. Alexandra was especially excited about the Ford Maverick Hybrid because of its impressive fuel economy. Finding a truck that combines practicality, comfort, and great gas mileage isn't easy, and Jason helped make that dream a reality. His knowledge and dedication gave us confidence that she was making the right choice. The test drive went great, we completed the paperwork, and Alexandra picked up her truck Thursday evening after work. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. Jason went above and beyond every step of the way. Once I got in there the original salesman ran my credit and tried getting me the deal but then the manager came back to me just to tell me that the red tag sale that was on the car did not belong to that car and they couldn't get me that deal. So they showed me another financing option. They wanted to close the deal that day but I wanted to sit on it and think of my options so I walked. They definitely used that red tag to reel me in, BEWARE. A few weeks later I started receiving denial letters tied to the dealership on financing that could potentially harm any future financing. Not a dealership I would trust.

I encountered a mean, rude salesperson and had to request a supervisor, and the car was initially dusty with dog hair on the dash. Although detailed before delivery, a persistent pet odor remained--something a CPO vehicle should have properly treated. I hope future buyers get paired with a much more decent sales representative.

They had two guys show up at my house with paperwork, a check, one guy drove my car back to their dealership. It's a class act dealership, and I'll consider driving out there to buy a new vehicle next time I need one. I like dealing with good people. Things I wish I knew. I had a loan with Honda on the vehicle that they paid off directly and just under a $1000 over that they wrote me a check from their dealership for. Both cleared :) . I sold them the vehicle on 9/8/2026, my outstanding balance at Honda was just cancelled this morning, 9/17/2026. The physical check cleared the next day. They have you sign quite a few documents, two of which were power of attorney documents specifically regarding the vehicle. It gives the dealership the right to act as you, so they can sell the vehicle before they have the physical title. After a quick ChatGPT search, it turns out this is normal in PA, but my heart skipped few beats when I saw it, so I'm hoping to save you some heartache. I hope this helps!
