I said no problem, and scheduled time to come back next week. the next week, both brothers and their carpenter arrived, their carpenter looked over the needed structural repair work. then they said they would get back to me within a couple of days with both the carpenters and their roof replacement free written estimates. then sadly, after that is when all went downhill. they did not get back to me with the free written estimates within a couple days, that never happened. 1) only after my repeated phone calls, and after leaving them several messages, did they ever several "weeks" later get back to me, then give me a bunch of excuses for their delays, then finally sent me the "sent by text message, and not written as promised" the free written estimates. 2) they said they could get my roof replaced, for free, because they knew and were "personal friend" with my insurance agent. they said that they had done this several times successfully in the past with their other customers. however, this never happened, they dropped the ball again, they did not get me a free roof replacement. when I asked them what happened all I was given were even more excuses. 3) finally, after weeks and weeks of delays and tons of excuses, I contacted them and respectfully told them was not going to use them. they acted all surprised and offended, and of course did not offer any apology for all the delays and no apology for their ton of excuses. sadly, these brothers roofing service is nothing like their tv ads proclaim, they are not a "top quality" roofing company. customer beware, horrible customer service.

they offer free estimates for roof repair or roof…read more replacement. guy came out was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. only downside is they only work during "bankers" hours, meaning they only work 9 to 5pm, and no weekends. if call after 5pm, you will get an answering service, who will take a message. none of the roofers will return your calls after 5pm. this makes it extremely difficult for anyone working regular job to schedule a time to meet with a roofer to have them look at and discuss any roofing problems, and forces you to take time off work to meet with them.

Warning, this is a long review. I write this in hopes that…read moreI may spare even just one person the humiliation and shame I felt after ending my call with Hayden Ware from Ranger Roofing. I was using bluetooth in the car, attempting to drive back home with my children. By the end of the call I had pulled over on the side of the road and all three of us were crying. My children asked how someone could be so mean when I had called them for help. Here is what happened: I didn't choose his estimate last time. In 2022, there were several strong storms that resulted in totaling my roof and other significantly alarming damages to my home's exterior and interior. I have a brain injury. I was in and out of the hospital for most of that year, as my condition is degenerative, and left me having 3-5 seizures a day. When I found out what happened to my home, I was devastated. I couldn't remember most things people would tell me and if I did remember, it'd often be a skewed memory- like what is happening now. I mixed up who repaired my roof. Hayden came out and gave a fair, reasonable, professional, and kind bid on our roof replacement in 2022. I THOUGHT that I chose Ranger Roofing to replace my roof last year. Now that I've moved locations, I found myself with a new to me house that also needs a new roof. Hayden absolutely lit into me on speakerphone (I was driving) and let me know that I was a waste of his time, that he literally lives only 3/4 of a mile from where I am now, and that even if I paid him triple- he refuses to work with me. What on earth did I do?! I guess I didn't pick his bid after all... :( I got home and looked through emails and records to figure out what he was talking about and what I could have possibly done to offend him. (Photo texts and screenshots for receipts are added below.) When my battle buddies heard what happened to my house, they knew I was too sick to get estimates. Several called different companies to get estimates and my Ranger friend called this company for me. I got 10 bids total from different companies, whom I did not call or talk to personally. Once I got all of the estimates, I chose a company that could fix everything in one swoop. At the time, it seemed like the biggest stress reliever. Ranger Roofing only does roofing, not anything to do with the rest of the crazy damages that needed to be repaired to my home. I picked the company that could fix all damages. That is how I offended this man. So when the time came to call and try to get an estimate on my roof, THIS was the company I remembered. I remembered a kind man with a thorough perspective. I assure you I was wrong. I was so, so wrong. His tone, his rage, his frustration... it all came through the phone loud and clear. I tried to explain the situation and he just kept repeating that he wouldn't work with me no matter what and he didn't appreciate how I treated him. Well, I am sorry. I tried my best to do what I thought was the best in those circumstances. I didn't want to hire however many different contractors it would require to come out and provide more bids for window replacement, sheetrock, doors, etc. I have no clue what all that entails. Regardless, I say this only to spare someone the pain of his received rage. Honestly, I am so sorry that I offended him so thoroughly. He wouldn't hear any of that when I tried explaining it. I was looking through the emails and it really does look like my singular offense was that I "wasted his time" by providing me a bid? Isn't that what you are supposed to do? Get different bids from different contractors and see who can provide the most cost-effective and user-friendly solution to a very difficult and confusing process? If you decide to work with them, great! If you don't... well, be prepared to hear the full rage of a man you have never met and be prepared for him to carry that rage for over a year and let you know what kind of awful person you are for not choosing his bid in the first place. Is that kind of person someone you'd want to work with?

I hired A. Fricker Roofing to replace the TPO surface on a second floor deck that was over a living…read morespace that was leaking badly. In order to complete the work they hired a subcontractor to remove a large floor to ceiling window and door system that led out to the deck and then replace it after the TPO work was completed. A. Fricker did an amazing job with the deck repair. Unfortunately, their subcontractor did a bad job of replacing the window and badly bent the frame on re-installation. Now the window leaks badly and I'm still getting water into the living space below. I reached out multiple times to Cody (the project manager) to see if a solution could be found. He stopped returning my calls and texts. I followed that up with an email to the owner. It's been several months now and I've never received a response to that email. Therefore I cannot recommend them.
