I called Craig to do two walls on my condo. He was fast to respond and come over to quote the job. I am very aware how much time it takes to paint interior walls, as I painted the other three with another painter who could t finish my job. Anyway I knew something was up when we talked about the job at hand... two walls- anyone could easily say without measuring how long that would take, and be able to give me a reasonable estimate in the spot. Two days later I received a written quote for $1275-labor only as I had all of the paint!!! This job is no more than 4 hours... for two people that's $160/hour I would have to say that unethical practices are going on here. I didn't use him so I am unable to comment on his work. Unprofessional, inexperienced crew of apprentice painters at best. Total rush job, didn't bother removing switch plates or doors, overpainted onto areas that should have been masked and now I have to repaint myself, didn't paint behind toilets, painted outlet covers and light switches closed. You name it, this company is not to be trusted with anything that requires actual craftsmanship. Maybe they're fine doing the typical production spray, I don't know, but don't expect them to use a brush because they don't have the skill. Then had the nerve to complain about how long the job was taking that they agreed to do for a premium and couldn't finish it RIGHT. Warning sign should have been when foreman said, "The morning before 6 guys say they want to work, but only two show up." That should have been a big red flag. It means you don't have professionals working for you. I've painted my whole life and could have never expected a professional crew to be this bad. Foreman sat in his truck on his phone the whole day while young, inexperienced guys worked and it shows. I spent another 1000 to correct their sloppy work. Zero stars if I could. read more

I can't say enough good things about Craig and his team. They were professional, quick, and cost effective, especially on a three-day turnaround. I originally needed one small bedroom and one ceiling painted in preparation for selling a house. I contacted C&D on Sunday and my Yelp message was returned less than two hours later. I explained I needed the project done in less than a week and Craig was able to accommodate--he and his team came out on the next Wednesday. The price quoted was not only reasonable, but also the most inexpensive. When Craig and team came in, they were able to add my kitchen and laundry room to the project on the fly--with two extra rooms, my quote didn't even double. They came in right on time at 10:00 a.m. and were done by 1:00 p.m. There were no drips (on the walls, floor, or furniture), no paint left in the sink, and the edges look amazing.
