They were very patient when a color of paint in a specific area was not what we expected. THEN, We called Rich's Painting on Thursday...on Friday she came for an appraisal and on Monday Tanya and her team showed up on time and started prepping our house! Tuesday we had wind, typical of Palm Springs...they were basically done in 3 days! We had a super tough awning in back that needed extra primer and an extra day. I was up against the wall (pun intended) when I called Riches Painting. I had to be out of my old place in just over a week and the new place was a painting nightmare. Stripes throughout pretty much of the house and a shoddy job everywhere else. I wanted to get three estimates but in all honesty I was just as concerned about timing of the job as I was the price. Not only did Rich submit one of the lower bids, but he and his team delivered exactly as promised. Actually a day earlier than I thought would be possible. Quality was an issue for me... I can be a little picky. Where he and his helpers really showed their mettle was on the prep work and painting of eleven interior doors. The end product was absolutely flawless. They honestly looked brand new despite their years of abusive painting techniques. I was also really happy with the fairly extensive drywall repair and retexturing that was required because of the electrical work I had done prior. Rich is wonderful! Personable, professional, reliable and extremely diligent. After meeting with him, I hired him to paint the exterior of my home and was quite comfortable having him complete the work while I was out of town for a few days. He did an incredible job - and it wasn't an easy task.
