They were able to find and expose our distribution box. Turned out to be leach lines plugged with roots. They jetted the lines, and made some needed repairs. It's unfortunate, but sometimes, your house plumbing gets backed up. When that happens, you need to get someone out there who is fast and reliable and won't overcharge you. We didn't have a lot of money to spend so I had to shop around. I had used Roto Rooter before, mainly because they were cheap, but I just wasn't happy with the results so I wanted someone else to come out. Cleaning out your septic system involves more than sucking out all the stuff inside. They need to clean your filter too, something that Roto Rooter never told me about or even offered to do. There is another company in the local area who will charge you one price to clean out your system then add $300 to clean your filter. Seriously. Coronado Septic did it all for me for one price. I should add that cleaning out our filter involved digging for the opening (yeah, with a shovel on hard packed soil) , something that Coronado did themselves. And didn't charge me extra to do. There aren't a lot of reviews about Coronado Septic but there should be. They are fantastic. They did more than Roto Rooter ever did. Jesus Galaz and his son (and later his son-in-law) were professional and personable. Jesus took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what he could do to fix it and how long it would take. I also felt like I got more than what I paid for. Besides cleaning out my septic system, he also installed risers over my septic system. He quoted a price and a month later when I had the money, he honored that price AND came out the same day to install the risers. He gave us a short lesson on septic maintenance too. I'm just overall happy with this company and will most definitely call them again if I ever have maintenance issues with the septic system in the future.

La Nora on the phone was extremely helpful in explaining their pricing and what they do on the job. They actually had an opening and came a few days earlier than expected. Luis was the technician who did the job. What a wonderful young man. Extremely kind, happy, and explained to us things we never knew about septics. He noted all the details about our system - information we never had before. His helpful tips were ones we never heard. He truly cares about his customers and loves his job. He is a great asset to an already great company. We will never use anyone else and I have already sent their names to several other people I know who need septic work. You all should be proud of the company you run and operate. Southwest was hired to do a septic pump and certification. He dumped half a tank, said it needed replacement and sent in a failed inspection report. We were very disappointed with Southwest's unethical and dishonest practice. After contacting two different companies we were told the tank was repairable. Ultimately, we had our tank repaired by another contractor for a fraction of Southwest's replacement quote and it passed inspection.
