Jason had to use a claw type device with a winch to bring the trash up out of the canyon. Jason and another member of his team, Clay, did a phenomenal cleanup job. It was not an easy job but they were creative in finding a solution. Jason was timely in doing this work. He was very reasonable in price. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We contacted a couple of local appliance repair shops, and they quoted us a huge price, and we'd have to wait for them to order parts. We decided that we could live with it as it was. Around the holidays, the oven went out, and that forced us to actually get it fixed. In the years that the burner was inoperative, I had asked many of our other trusted service people if they knew any good appliance repair guys. Our HVAC guy mentioned Roadrunner, so I gave him a call. Lionel responded quickly, had the part for the oven on his truck, and fixed the burner without having to order anything. And at half the price the others had quoted for just the burner. An added plus was Linoel's extensive knowledge of the area and Ft. Huachuca, where I served in 1970.

Had a new AC unit installed at a property. Afterward, I found sheet metal screws and small pieces…read moreof sheet metal debris left throughout my front yard. One of these screws ended up in my tire, which I took to Discount Tire to be repaired (they completed the repair at no charge). While Vista Pros did offer to pay for the repair, my concern was the inconvenience of having to deal with a flat tire due to the debris left behind. They also offered to return to clean up the yard, but I had already cleaned it up myself by that point. One of the installers was a smoker, and I noticed a strong odor of smoke inside my home during the project. In my personal opinion, the overall experience fell short of what I consider professional and satisfactory. They provided two maintenance visits with the new AC unit. When they came, it was during the wintertime, so they inspected my heating system. I was told the blower motor needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. They told me the circuit board had burn marks and needed replacement. Because I wanted to be sure, I had a third party inspect it, who stated the board was functional and did not need to be replaced. When the company reached out to schedule the second maintenance visit, I declined, having decided to no longer use their services based on my previous experiences. When I informed them of my decision and my reasoning, I felt their email responses were overly pushy in trying to get me to schedule or use their services again. They did offer to try to make things right, but I chose to move forward and decline further contact. When I posted my initial review, the company emailed me claiming that attempts to damage their reputation are considered defamation and can warrant legal action, while requesting that my post be accurate. I am updating this review to ensure it reflects only my exact personal experience, timelines, and the factual second opinion I received. Anti-SLAPP statute (A.R.S. § 12-751)

He happened to be on the way to another job and happily offered to stop by after that job was completed. The service was phenomenal. Thoroughly inspected the (gas) fireplace, provided great direction in terms of maintenance of the lava rocks the logs, the whole setup, and got up on the roof to inspect the top of the fireplace and the flue, and even rearranged the gas logs in a formation that is absolutely perfect and I never plan to touch again. All done quickly, incredibly pleasantly and helpfully, and at a VERY reasonable price and a great value. I wouldn't hesitate for a SECOND rehiring Lucky Cricket!
