They were able to find and expose our distribution box. Turned out to be leach lines plugged with roots. They jetted the lines, and made some needed repairs. Jose, Rubin, Alex and Omar were excellent to work with. Kept us informed every step of the way, and did an excellent job of restoring the site. Southwest was hired to do a septic pump and certification. He dumped half a tank, said it needed replacement and sent in a failed inspection report. We were very disappointed with Southwest's unethical and dishonest practice. After contacting two different companies we were told the tank was repairable. Ultimately, we had our tank repaired by another contractor for a fraction of Southwest's replacement quote and it passed inspection.
