I was told for $175 they would remove the tire, repair the curb damage, strip all the paint, and powder coat the rim. I dropped the wheel off at 9 AM and it was ready by 3 PM the same day, which was impressive turnaround time. If you decide to go here, I recommend dealing directly with the owner, John. Make sure you clearly discuss your expectations and exactly what work is being promised so everyone is on the same page or you could be disappointed.

The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. For any future wheel issues, I'd be go back to Silverstar without any hesitation.

Imagine an automobile repair shop that has highly advanced technical acumen - indeed specializing in the very category of vehicles that have justified reputaions for being horrendously expensive to maintain in the post-warranty after market, run by an owner who chooses a path of honesty and value, not looking to "get over" on the happless vehicle owner but instead choosing the unusual path of integrity, value, customer satisfaction and his own brand building for long term customer relationships. Imagine that. My 2006 Audi A6 needed some work done; the Audi dealership told me it wasn't essential work but it'd still cost $1200. Yikes. The folks at European Plus found the problem, fixed the small plastic part (probably making it better) rather than replacing the whole section (it's a throwaway world nowadays), did a complete diagnostic of the car, told me what would need to be done in the future, updated the computer, all for less than half of what the dealer wanted. More work, better work, confidence inspriring technical acumen and refershing honesty. Don't imagine - experience it for yourself firsthand.
