When i was called back i was told the inspection would be 400 dollars in labor and 1400 for the new ignition cylinder. When i declined the service since i figured it was overpriced my car was returned in the state below, i now have to do additional work since midas reinstalled my wheel wrong with the airbag cord BEHIND the wheel entirely now causing a new light on my dash to pop up even after I had the wiring fixed. When i told the manager, Tom, about these issues i was having he ran into his office with Dante ,who worked on my car and i was unable to get in contact with them for days after this took place. I usually only leave reviews on places i enjoy going to but if you want to avoid being scammed i would not go here. I was only refunded 140 for the scratched part and was not offered for it to be fixed or by someone other than the original person who damaged my vehicle.

The value I got seemed good too...$175 new michelin tire that matched mine and got out the door for a bit over $200... Expect to be back...except of course hope never to need to be back...

They might have broken something. As soon as I drive off to the highway, the car began to shake and some warnings appeared. I parked the car and call the store. The manager said they had nothing to do with it. And he also said he could take a scan for $150. I responded I would call the police. Then the manager said take the car in and he would check on it. I returned to the store. The manager came with a scanner to connect it to the car. 10 to 15 minutes later, he said it was fixed. I still felt the car was driving funny, but at least there was no warning signals. I drove home. Today on Sunday, I planned to drive somewhere. While I was still driving out of my neighborhood, my car began to shake. This time 2 warning signals appeared. One was to warn me about the stability system and the other was about the pre-collision system. I suspect the mechanic broke something in the brake system, while he was doing allignment. What could possibly go wrong!? He must be very unexperienced to mess up my car with such a small job. I called the store again and another manager of the store told me to bring the car back next Tuesday. Because he said today they didn't have mechanics to do it and he wouldn't be there tomorrow. I had to drive all the way back just to get my receipt. When I finally got it, the receipt was vague and unprofessional. It didn't break down the cost of parts and labor--instead, everything was lumped together. They charged me $100 to replace an engine oil drain plug cap and "diagnose" the issue. I looked up the part on the dealership's website--it costs just $12. You do the math. This kind of lack of transparency and excessive pricing is unacceptable. I wouldn't trust them again. And I just realized the receipt had actually been created that same day ( the day I drove back)---meaning they didn't even prepare it after my service like they said. That's incredibly dishonest.
