3 weeks ago I had b and m remove some oracle underglow led lights and install 8 oracle rock lights…read more From the get go they shorted out the oracle leds and even though they used their flashtech controllers they cut and destroyed the oracle controllers. I did a rma with oracle to replace 1 rock light and they sent me a 4 piece. B and m shorted out more less and pretty much said oracle lights or too powerful but then they also said oracle lights are trash. I am here now at oracle in Metairie and I am having to pay for new rock lights and new controllers that were damaged by b and m. Save yourself a lot of headache and money and don't do busy with b and m. Update, I am being charged $783.55 more at Oracle because B and M cut all the connectors off of all my oracle products and the bc1 controllers so all the controllers have to be replaced and labor to get everything back to the way it was(half-ass job from b and m). I don't see how b and m can still be open and doing this poor quality work.

I was able to drop my truck off and show back up to what seemed like I just pulled it off the lot for the first time. I drive a 2022 Ram 2500 and the truck can get fairly dirty from driving muddy lease roads this time of the year. Not only did he offer to make a deal on tinting my windows, he was able to ceramic coat my truck to protect the paint. I'm fairly happy about how he helped me understand the benefits of both the ceramic tint and ceramic coating because this truck wasn't exactly cheap to begin with, but knowing ill be cooler in the summer and the pain will be protected if I decide to trade it in next year. Overpriced and poorly installed system -- avoid…read more I spent $1,100 on a Pioneer stereo install at Ricky Smith Audio for my 2011 Toyota Sequoia. The original quote was $900, but they later added costs for "required" harnesses. Within two months, the rear-view camera they installed stopped working during the daytime. Shortly after, the steering wheel controls began cutting in and out before failing completely. After less than three years, the entire stereo shorted out. A certified installer who replaced it said it was "one of the worst installs" he'd seen and confirmed that the poor wiring likely caused the failure. For the price charged, the workmanship and reliability were unacceptable. If you care about quality or longevity, take your business elsewhere. The premium pricing at Ricky Smith Audio doesn't match the quality of their work.

On top of that, when I received my vehicle back I lost audio functionality to my rear seat entertainment system after I specifically clarified before I dropped the car off. I dropped the car again to ultimately find out that there was nothing they could do about it. "That was my mistake. I'm sorry." and that is all. I ended up paying $1100 to lose functionality in my car. Unfortunately there is a significant lack of expertise in their field. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
