She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

When I asked for them to just be taken off so I could leave he said the nail tech would come out and fix them. I had the same nail tech as before, named Janna, who is so incredibly sweet and kind, I do not blame her for my nails being poor as it seems they are worked to be as fast as they can. The gentleman apparently told her to just fix the broken nails (which is fine I would pay for a refill), however she did not check the other nails that were starting to come off. I had tried to show this to the white haired gentleman before he cut me off, so I do not find this to be her fault. While I was sitting there, the man picked up the TINIEST corner of paper towel off the floor by my foot and gave the kid who was doing check ins on the floor the nastiest look and shoved the paper in his face. When I saw how he treated the staff and she hadn't gotten far with with my nails, I just asked her to remove the old set so I could leave, I did not want to support a business that treats their staff this way. While waiting to check out and tip Janna, I watched the man with the white hair speak so rudely to his staff. For the price, the nail techs are trying to push out sales as fast as they can and do not get the time to do a good job. This guy is extremely rude to everyone around. I do not suggest supporting this business and I will not be coming back.

Save yourself the money - this was the most stressful, unpleasant salon experience I'ce ever had and I left with nothing but regrets. I genuinely would have done a better job myself and would have saved $125. These nails are so atrocious im going to have to try to salvage them myself.
