Started coming here about six weeks ago after having tried a couple other salons since moving to Denver last year. This was the best experience overall by far, the salon is clean and bright, the staff are friendly, and the experience and results were top-notch. I always like to get a bit of a design, which can sometimes be too intricate for certain technicians. I called and requested a full set with someone who could handle designs, and they paired me with Kim who did a great job. From the moment I sat down, I was offered a beverage (chose the mimosa, yum!) and had hundreds of colors and patterns to choose from. More than any salon I've been to in the last couple years. They have a big flatscreen TV playing chopped on repeat with subtitles, which is nice and easy to watch. Kim did a great job with my 3-D French design fusion last time, so I came back to her again this time. I was very happy with the 3-D portion on the single nail, but for the ombre aspect, maybe we could practice trying with a the polish using make-up sponge or something, instead of the powder for that one nail, so that the color will be more bright like on the other nails. (See photos- you can barely see the green on the one 3D nail) My nails are generally very long, but this time I wanted to go short. My only complaint was that to save time she used the drill to shorten the nail, which braised my skin many times as it was now so short, and burned and hurt. Went for a dip mani and gel pedi - pedi was okay but very rushed and the mani didn't include many things in a normal manicure (cut cuticles, nail trim, etc.). They charged $7 for "shape" and when I asked what that meant they said to trim my nails. That should be included in any manicure service? I went in last Saturday for a pedicure with my mom. We have been coming here since last summer I believe. In the past, it has been clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, this past experience will be our last at this salon. The woman doing my nails drill died. So she went to the person next to her and borrowed the drill that was just used on another client. She didn't clean or sanitize the drill bit before using it on me. She also had the rest of her tools sitting in a little basket- I don't know if they were sanitized. The woman working on my mom using the file on her skin and cut her cuticle open. They rushed the service and I came home and my big toe gel polish wasn't even cured all the way. Overall, the service was not clean or professional and both our services were rushed. The wife and I were in town and needed pedicures and fresh nails. We made an appointment with ease for a next day appointment. We got checked in by a nice guy up front who went over the service options snd picked our colors. We were seated for our pedicures and offered a drink selection. We enjoyed the pedicures in the massage chairs. My only disappointment was the nail art on my pedicure. I wanted a moon and the design was subpar to what I hoped for. We then moved to get our nails done and a different tech took over my services. My wife had Lily do her pedicure and nails and absolutely loves her designs of moon and stars. I had my nails done by Jennifer snd she did an amazing job too! I would return with asking for someone who is good at design for my appointment since I always get a design on my big toe. Thanks for the reply Johnny. I would have asked her to do the other parts of the art I asked for had I thought the starting point moon was decent. However, the moons are not good (they look like the letter c) and therefore I choose to not go for the rest thinking it would be easier for me to try to cover up later. At the time it was the only art I had seen your salon produce and had no idea if other techs were better as they turned out to be. I would just suggest if you have someone who is clear they want art work you place them with one of your technicians who does have artist skill to avoid the embarrassment of having to ask another tech to redo the art. read more

I normally love this place, I have been going here since February but this time the price was crazy for the nails that I got. I normally get decently long, intricate nails but this time I went with something simpler and it was more expensive! The previous nails are the red ones and they were $72 and the current ones are the white French tip and are $110. Unfortunately, I absolutely love getting my nails done but can't afford to continue spending that much when sometimes they don't even last more than 2 weeks. She also cut my fingers up pretty bad so they have been bleeding and burning. The nails aren't straight, the top of the nails are crooked and the French tip is almost a grey, not a white. read more

I would never return here. I asked for a basic mani/pedi with removal of old builder nails. The whole reason I got builder nails was to grow my natural nails and then maintain those. So I just got regular polish. The polish was old I guess and the guy kept adding stuff to it from another bottle and glopping it on. They booked so many people you could barely move around inside. The guy started clipping my old nails while I was sitting on the foot station right into this poor ladies face next to me. He even got his little dremel out and there was nail dust going all into her drink and everything. I felt so bad. Then after getting through with me as quick as possible, immediately after all the layers of paint, I was getting shoved out the door. He mentioned my nails are wet and need to dry. No kidding! But then there was no where to sit to let them dry. like most places have those little light and fan tables you can sit at, nope. Not here. So I get up to pay and the lady asks me what went wrong, I show her one of the nails has this huge blob of paint on it. My teenage son could've did better. So she says he can fix it, but he comes over super mad that he has to do it again, and by this point my nails are just crazy from trying to grab my wallet in my purse and stuff. He reprimands me about letting them dry, and sit there patiently. He did not fix them however, but tried to apply more govs of paint to the affected areas. At this point Ive been there for over 2 hours and really need to leave. They looked so terrible anyways, I just headed home and removed all of it. It sucked that I paid so much though and they couldnt just do a simple nail color. I thought at least my feet would be nice since they legit dried for like an hour or more, but nope. The paint is all messed up just like my hands. I wonder if it was all that stuff he was adding trying to thin the product out and make it go longer? I don't trust them though. I asked for the CBD $90 pedicure package and while the products were up to par, the nail tech barely massaged my legs, I had to request for her to increase pressure several times, the hot stones were just warm (not hot).
