Worst experience ever with a service provider. They held my trailer for almost 100 days to weld the 5th wheel to a new deck plate. This is a 53' household goods moving trailer and they didn't make my company needs a priority at all. Then after 100 days they finally finished this unit. This is something that should have taken a week to complete. When we sent our driver to pick the unit up they told us we needed to have a check to pick it up. I help run a $7M company and we pay every service provider and vendor net 30. That the normal business world. Honestly, they should have to wait 100 days for their money since it's cost my company thousands of dollars not having that trailer unit running the roads serving our customers. Don't take your welding needs to this company unless you have a lot of time to wait on what you want. read more

After having a repair take over 3 months to complete, and then having to present payment before we could pick it up, this company added insult to injury by not have the equipment ready for pickup. They had removed the handle for the landing gear on the trailer after raising it up as far as it could go. Thus the trailer could not be hooked up to the tractor. Furthermore, they had not hooked the air lines for the brakes back up, so again our employee had to find someone employed there to get this done. My driver left our location at 8:15 for a round trip that should have taken no more than 45 minutes to an hour. He finally left the business at 11:30, three hours after arriving. All he should have had to do was drop off the check and hook up the trailer. This place is ridiculous. read more

need something welded? dont go to C&J Welding in Huntsville, AL. those idots welded my oil pan on the wrong spot, after the fact that the small 0.5cmx0.0001cm ruptured spot was marked. then they took an extra day for a 10min max job then tested the job with WATER!.. i was skeptical about their usage of water to test an oil leak but i figured since they were the "PROFESSIONALS" that they knew what they were doing... they boasted that the kid's worked on rockets before whereas i was shocked AF to hear that. then they tried to charge me $65 for the job?! that more than a new pan idiot! then i try talking to this guy calmly about him trying to rip me off cause it's a small job and he starts to argue and get loud with me. they said that it'd be $35 then but i swear i'll never go to them again... THEN THE DAMN PAN STILL LEAKED!! i called went back down there to express my disgust and was told to take my pan back off, which was full with oil, and bring it back down to have the job redone. it was the easiest thing to do. i got a fellow's name whom seemed trustworthy to ask for should i bring it back but my time is slim and all of that work twice to remove the pan and go back down there was ENTIRELY too much when they are paid to get the simple task completed the first time. i shoulda just emptied my pan and got some J-B Weld on it and kept it moving but i didnt think i'd be dealing with complete idiots. smh read more
