Worst experience ever with a service provider. They held my trailer for almost 100 days to weld…read morethe 5th wheel to a new deck plate. This is a 53' household goods moving trailer and they didn't make my company needs a priority at all. Then after 100 days they finally finished this unit. This is something that should have taken a week to complete. When we sent our driver to pick the unit up they told us we needed to have a check to pick it up. I help run a $7M company and we pay every service provider and vendor net 30. That the normal business world. Honestly, they should have to wait 100 days for their money since it's cost my company thousands of dollars not having that trailer unit running the roads serving our customers. Don't take your welding needs to this company unless you have a lot of time to wait on what you want.

My last order was in July of 2020 for small job at which time I paid a substantial deposit. It is now mid April 2021 and I have yet to receive a final drawing showing what they have designed in response to my comments. This in spite of numerous requests for it. Questions about my order status have received responses of "It's a small job" so it is not at the top of their priorities, or "we've had problems because of COVID-19", or "Your job is probably in powder coat". Promised responses on status & drawing have not happened. Expressed my displeasure with my experience after waiting for nine and one half months to get what I ordered. Their response was to cancel the job and refund my deposit. Apparently they can't handle constructive criticism. Overall a terrible experience and I don't recommend this company.

Dropped off a piece for my motorcycle to have a small piece of metal welded on. Was told it would…read morebe 3 days and $30. I called on the day it was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't ready. That's fine... I was in no hurry. He said the following Monday I could pick it up. So I waited till Monday and called again, and again it wasn't ready. I asked when it would NOW be ready? I was told that they had lots of work and wasnt able to get to it yet. He told me to give him two more days. I called again two days later and it still wasn't ready. I then asked how long was it going to be until it was ready, he said tomorrow. I then asked how much it was going to be, which he then quoted me $50. I asked if there was a discount for being late not once, not twice, but three times. He then said "Come pick up your piece, we can't do it!" and abruptly hung up on me. Top Notch customer service there, and that's from the Owner of the business. Sad that I was referred to this company from another, and was told they were good people. Sad that this is what "good people" is referred to now as. Take your business elsewhere, these guys are worthless.
