John quickly put me down in his schedule the next day. My spring had broken, and a competing garage door service company had quoted me between $800-$1000 to fix it. John was, true to his company's name, in and out in half an hour, replacing the spring for $165 out the door. He went above and beyond by providing lubrication for the entire system, dramatically quieting its operation. The competing company would've charged $220 for that service alone. John was a consummate gentleman throughout the interaction, and since I support local, honest businesses, I hope he continues to get business.
