Since everyone so far has given stellar reviews for David and All Right Garage Doors, I may sound like a broken record... And, who cares!?! Excellent service and workmanship deserves nothing less. I had a spring break this morning, a few seconds after my wife left for work. I searched online for local (Puyallup area) Garage Door services companies, and among all of the reviews, All Right Garage Doors stood out. David is the real deal. He responded to my email fairly quickly and was able to come out, inspect, and provide a reasonable quote for the work (parts and labor). I asked for additional recommendations and requested additional preventative work (my house has two garage doors), and David was able to source all the right parts and come back to complete ALL of the work within just a couple of hours (including time out to get the parts). He even replaced our old, wimpy rollers, lubricated all of the hinges with silicon, and provided me with a very thorough rundown of all his work and tips on how to keep the system functioning. David was AWESOME!!! I went to leave last night at around 7 and when I tried to open the garage the springs broke and the door wouldn't go up! I went on Yelp and saw that this company had fabulous reviews so I gave him a call and left a message but was not expecting a phone call back till the morning! David called me back within a couple of minutes and said he could come out and fix it in the morning! He showed up and said the springs needed to be replaced and quoted me a price for the new springs and labor which I thought was quite reasonable. When he came to tell me he was all done and I went out to see he had also fixed the the garage door opener attached to the wall which was loose, replaced my cables because they were all tangled and lubed all the wheels and rails! My garage is now working better then it ever has and I am so grateful to David for getting me in so quickly and for going above and beyond what he was here to do! I highly recommend All Right Garage Doors, Inc.!!! I called and talked to the owner David Christensen about the problems I was having with my old garage door and he came out the very next day. Looked at my door and instead of giving me a high pressure sales pitch for a new door he fixed mine so I could open and close it. He then ordered the struts to beef it up and was back out 3 days later to install them. He made sure to call and let me know when he was on his way. Very nice and professional. I called David to proactively have our springs replaced. David provided me with a fair quote and was here 20 minutes later. David checked the garage door springs and told me they still had life in them and located the date of manufacture on the door which was only 2012. So instead of just taking my money for something that didn't need to be done, he let me know it wasn't yet necessary, and even took the time to lubricate the garage door's bearings and what not, with no charge.
