I was never compensated or even made aware of this has to see it for myself and even then didn't notice until i was home! Reached out to him about it and was blatantly ignored. Don't go here unless you like your vehicle straight disrespected. Im 19 years old and this is my second car and the first one i'm putting real blood sweat and tears into. This experience was awful and makes me never want to bring her to a shop again let alone this shop. Amazes me how many dealers cars are dirty, have missing or broken parts, or all of the above. Every car appears well cared for, is clean and ready to drive home. With Paul's help my son quickly narrowed it down to two cars. He drove both and chose a beautiful v50 wagon. Paul and Louie were both very knowledgeable about the cars they had on the lot. They were available to answer questions, but never once did we feel pressured. Before we left I test drove a mint XC70. Paul and Louie took care of all the paperwork and registration. The owner owes me $170 for a car rental bill for when they had to re-fix my car, after they messed up on it. It has been almost 2 weeks of him not returning my calls or not being at the shop to reimburse me that money that he said he would. Shortly after I discovered that their finance manager made an error submitting the lease documents to Honda financial. What was supposed to be 12k miles a year got recorded in error as 10k miles a year. Over the last 6 months I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and visits to the dealership to resolve this - They have confirmed the error was made but after 6 months have done nothing to correct it. Their inattentiveness has really soured the whole purchase process. And my confidence in them is fading by the day. Thats just 1 issue I have been struggling with. *****THE POWER OF YELP***** - minutes after this was posted the finance department called me to say that Honda will be sending me out a letter informing me that my lease will be for 12k a year and not the 10k error Balise has submitted.
