My Jeep has been super dirty due to living next to a construction site and just from driving around. I was passing by and decided to turn around and stop. I opted for the $17 Ultimate deal to "wash, UV protect, triple foam double bond with Teflon Wheel Brite, brake dust cleaner, tire shine, with a hand dry." As I have a soft top, I have to be careful where I go. The gentleman assured me it'd be fine (it's not an automatic high power wash-he power washes it manually), so I went for it. Jeep came out as shiny as a new penny (do they even mint those anymore?) Only one spot of bug guts on the windshield wasn't removed by the machines or the person drying, but considering the rest of the vehicle looked amazing, I'm happy. Got a "black tie" car wash and it was the worst car wash. They claim to hand dry but as I walked up there were visible wet drops everywhere. The guy was handed a tip by the driver before inspecting the work and I spent time drying my own car while 3 dudes complained I was in the way of another car. Rude, horrible work, and not what you'd expect from $27 car wash plus a $5 tip. Don't go here!!! My car is still dirty inside and out, if the dudes weren't so toxic I would have demanded a refund. The machines do all the work of washing, so I'm curious to know why the people drying the vehicles do such a terrible job. They just quickly rub down half your car with some damp towels, and then give you a thumbs up so they can go back to b-sing. Well, it's a car wash. They have self serve vacuums there, but you can also go for the black tie option that includes vacuum of the inside of the car and a wipe down. I don't expect a lot for a $25 black tie service, and I always tip $10 in cash. Go there twice a year for all of our 3 cars, and I've recommended this service to friends. They do an okay job cleaning the inside of the car. After today, I will not go there, nor will I send anyone else there, ever again. I paid $25 for the black tie, and I was pleasantly surprised with the work done! I got a full exterior wash, and they wiped down the interior, vacuumed the seats and floors! Pretty good price for the work done. My car looks great. I did notice that they didn't quite get in the corners with the vacuum but that might just be because I did the lower end deal! I would give this place a -0- stars if that were a choice. I'm selling my car this weekend and went there for an inside-outside cleaning. What I got was a quick run through the automated brushes and a terrible interior cleaning: rubber floor mats still dirty, shifting apparatus dirty, back carpet looked untouched and worst of all, the mouse droppings that were there before the cleaning were still there after the cleaning. If I'd had wanted to deal with the mouseshit, I wouldn't have gone there in the first place. Champion does a much better exterior clean and I can do a much better interior clean. read more

I wouldn't recommend bringing your car here for detailing. For over a hundred bucks I expected a little better. My center console looks like they took the cloth off to clean but then couldn't be bothered to put it back on right. The detached my glove box but couldn't reinstall that right either. There is some greasy film over my display so I can barely read the gas gauge. And they threw my floor mats in the trunk for some reason. I could've done a better job with a 10 dollar carwash and a vacuum. I'm really only compelled to contribute to yelp when something is disastrously bad. Today got black tie service, the works wash with cursory inside clean. It's only $23 and you can't expect all that much. But I waited with two others in the small waiting area for over 90 minutes. The first 20 had to stand, as there's only two chairs in the waiting area. Next 50 with another person equally confused as I. Then a parade of employees coming to pick up paychecks at the office. In the end the interior was wiped down with what had to be a dirty cloth. Left streaky. The windows all need to be redone as they're worse than when I started. Bad day here, maybe. I called and spoke with the "manager" Tammy to notify them that I'd be a few minutes late and right from the pleasantries, Tammy's customer service was subpar and quite unprofessional! She told me there were no reservations for me and made me seem like a burden for asking about transportation to my workplace (a service they offer by the way when dropping a car off for detailing). I called back to see if the reservation may have been under my wife's name and miraculously she found my reservation but provided me with garbage information that they failed to provide my wife when she initially scheduled the service. We will NEVER be going back to this location; as, when I asked to speak with someone higher than her, she would not provide me with that detail and even stated "I don't know when they'll be in." Her customer service, quite frankly, is TRASH and it baffles me that someone like her could be hired into a managerial role. read more

I brought my brand new truck there to get detailed and they somehow scratched my cluster lens on my dash looks like someone took a Brillo pad to it the owner and a couple of guys did it On a Monday night I went in for a quick detail that only costed $50 and left with over $300 worth of damage it was dark so I could not see the damage until next morning Soon as I noticed that I called the owner he told me he didn't know how that could happen but to bring it in when I got out of work that's what I did then he told me that he just doesn't know how that could've happened and he would not be fixing it Reimbursing me or paying for the damages that him and his employees did to my vehicle! And told me to call my insurance company!I took a picture before the detail and after just in case anything like this were to happen and it clearly shows that before I got the detail done my vehicle did not have any of those scratches on the cluster lens in the interior and in next picture after it does.I have even showed him these pictures and I also have made a police report.I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am seeking reimbursement for the service as well as the damages totaling over $300!Small Claims Court will be my next step!I plan on calling him and giving him one more chance and if I don't get any weres small claims court I go!The staff was very rude and disrespectful to me and he has been very unprofessional about this whole situation my truck was brand new when I brought it to him with no damage and it did not come back too me that way! He needs to take some classes on customer service I feel as well as the staff and you should be prepared to pay out damages he or his staff does a professional job like detailing a vehicle! When I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment I was told that it would be a 45-minute wait to get my vehicle in. When I told the gentleman that I had a 12 o'clock appointment he said yes, it's going to be 45 minutes. 50 minutes later no-one had showed up to take my vehicle in so I drove away. Not impressed with this car wash. I paid for the Black Tie special which included an exterior wash and interior wipe down and vacuum. They simply pressure washed the floors of my truck and cleaned the windows. When I got into my truck after they deemed it "done" there was still visible dust on the dash, water in the floorboard from where they pressure washed it, that was now mud. Not impressed, had to finish cleaning out the interior by purchasing interior wipes from another store and remove the soupy mud they created. read more

Very poor excuse for a car wash. Please do your research before you go. There are quite a few good ones around town and this one is pretty horrible. No attention to detail and very bad customer service. When complaining about the horrendous job done to my car, I was told by what seemed to be the manager, that the owner would be reaching out to me. As of this writing, that has not happened. I spent 20 minutes after the actual car wash on my hands and knees with a rag, cleaning my rims, the under portions of my vehicle, and sweeping up crumbs from the inside that were supposed to be vacuumed and included in the price of the wash. I did all of this on site and no one really seemed to care or offer assistance to make things right. I highly recommend you stay away from this business until they get their act together. read more

My SUV was parked under some type of sap producing tree for a week in Burlington. It was COVERED in sap. I brought it here in the hopes of getting at least some sap off before trying to tackle scrubbing at home. The woman there sold me a basic wash ($11) and did a pre-spray. Well it worked! My wife's car was a complete pig pen!, brought it in for an interior cleaning at the South Burlington location and it came out looking great. Only a couple of things that need mentioning..... I had set up an online appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before with the night staff. The next morning I called to see if we could possibly get our vehicle at 2 and they had no idea we were set up for a interior detail that day. That said, they were able to take care of us and got the job done. Last, when we got the car back we noticed that the windshield was broken. I spoke with the owner and he couldn't have been more apologetic and willing to work with me to make it right. A true gentleman.....he offered to pay for the insurance deductible or double down on a gift card. Cant say enough about how I appreciate his willingness to make our experience better. I wish we had done our research before we went. This past weekend, my husband called to see if we needed an appointment for a detailing. They said no, just come in. We drove from the islands to drop it off. They said you need an appointment. He told them he called first and was told he didn't need one. They asked who he spoke with. My husband said, whoever answered the phone (should have been our first clue). So he filled out the paperwork, returned the next day and they couldn't find his paperwork (should have been our second clue). He filled it out again and they said they would call the next day when it was finished. Didn't hear from them by 3:30, so we called. They couldn't find his key. Then said when they finally did all the detailers had left for the day, his appointment was for 10:00 a.m. We'll see what tomorrow will bring! Learned my lesson though.
