Definitely the best towing company in Plattsburgh. Due to a series of very unfortunate events, I've had to use multiple towing companies in the last two months, and Integrity is the ONLY one I'd call again! They answered my call (even when Google said they were closed, though I may have gotten lucky), gave me a very fair quote to haul my vehicle a town away, and agreed to come out at a time that was best for me (first thing in the am). Best of all? THEY TAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT! Not "debit only", legitimate credit card payment. They quoted my cost over the phone beforehand, there were no surprise fees, and they sent me a receipt promptly to an email I gave over the phone after payment. This company is the absolute worst towing company I have had the displeasure in trying. Our car had a broken rear suspension and the back tire was unusable. Tried to get them to tow it to the dealer three days in a row. Told that they would be over to get the each day, and each day they failed to show up. I'm glad it broke in our driveway and not along the side of the road, we still be stuck there. Strongly recommend you all stay away from this company. Telling us they would be out and then not showing up three days in a row demonstrates a total lack of integrity on there part. read more

They can fix any vehicle, cars,tractor trailers, busses, Motorhomes, farm tractors and many other things. We are from Northern California traveling across country on a Bucket list trip for 8 to 10 weeks. When on our way from Plattsburgh, NY to Vermont, the Clutch went out in our pick-up pulling our 5th Wheel. A Good Samaritan stopped to see if we needed help. I was on the phone to Good Sam, but they weren't having any luck finding someone who could replace our clutch in a timely manner. Dodge couldn't get to it until Oct. 15th. Our Good Samaritan suggested Integrity Towing. They could tow plus replace the clutch. Which they did in a very timely manner and got us back on the road. They were very conscientious about making sure everything worked properly before we took off knowing that we had a long way to travel before we reached home. We left today the 5th of October, 10 days earlier than we thought we would be able to. They are professional, in every way. Told us not to hesitate to call if we had any concerns! Had a great experience with Integrity. My motorhome broke down. I was impressed with the care and skill the tow driver used in loading the motorhome. The mechanics at Integrity quickly diagnosed an electrical issue...turned out there were several . Not only did they fix the vehicle, but they let stay in their parking lot hooked up to 30 amp because I was traveling with eight dogs and had no other place to stay. Great folks. read more
