Anyway, this morning at about 10:30, he called to ask if it was alright if he started heading this way (of course! ). He got here shortly before 11:30am and got the job done (also had us flush our toilets to make sure there was no blockage - the last people who pumped our tank did not have us do this) as well as giving us a recommendation for a guy that could straighten a pipe that needs fixing and replace the deteriorating covers to our tank. He was very polite on the phone and a good guy in person. We really appreciate the way he made sure to go the extra mile in making sure we were satisfied!

The guy came out but brought out a truck too big, I'm guessing this could have been fixed that day but the guy that came out admitted to not wanting to work because of the Texas game! If they didn't want to work on an important day to them, why waste peoples time?! My mom being nice, understood and rescheduled for Monday. The guy came in at 630 (unbeknownst to me that they make calls that early) so I questioned why he was there so early. The guy never once looked me in the face and told me, "yall find someone else". Literally left speechless because I wasn't rude, just unsure of what was going on. A conversation could've been had but the emotional man didn't care! We have 2 septics on the property and I will NEVER call him out again. Too bad he was recommended by our septic guys who check it out yearly. I will make sure everyone knows what a douchebag that guy was. Edited to add: after speaking with family further.. My grandfather mentioned that the guy that came from Anytime septic had noticed that their septic pump switch had been turned off that Saturday, when Eric first came out. He didn't even work on the septic, so unsure why he did that! Had it continued to go unnoticed, this could have caused further damage. My brother also noticed the same size truck Eric brought Saturday was also the same truck he brought that Monday. That just goes to show you he didn't want to help us. We are unsure why we were treated this way and that is why this review is posted. We stand by our review!

This started two weekd ago after very heavy rain. Our pump was working but never shut off. We…read morewere told (by another service provider) that the field was probably saturated, afterall, we had received 9.5 inches of rain in the previous week. This was July 14. Two weeks later the same thing happened. Pump never shut off. Our previous septic company couldn't get to us and recommended Sandifer Septic. I texted Caleb and he replied quickly (That was Tuesday after 5pm). We set up an appointment for Wedneday at 10:30. Caleb texted me when he was on his way (on time!). Together we found the end caps on the field lines. Caleb uncapped each one and flushed the lines (see photos) full of sludge and roots. After the lines were flushed the pump returned to normal operation and quickly the tank was empty, the pump float went down, and pump shut off (all back to normal). Nobody likes to deal with this sort of thing. But having a great sevice company brings great relief to an undersirable situation. We can now flush toilets, wash dishes, etc. Back to normal and I can't say enough about Caleb Hinojosa from Sandifer Septics. He is friendly and professional. He gave a great recommendation for finding the end caps in the future. Overall, totally satisfied with this experience. They don't pump tanks. The do install and repair work. Caleb recommended Hambone Plumbing (Justin Hamby) for pumping septic tanks. I can't review them yet but in several years when I need pumping I will give them a try. For anyone needing repairs service (not a basic pump-out), I would highly recommend Caleb at Sandifer Septics.

Between the professional interactions setting the appointment up and then the absolute treat it was to have Kerry Becker and his helper here taking care of things I can say with 100% confidence I have found my go to for HVAC as well. He inspected and tested everything and then presented 4 options for repair, thoroughly explaining each option and their costs. The work was performed quickly and the only reason I know they were here was because where they were working was cleaner than everything around them. Truly nice to meet professional tradesmen who are supported by a solid local company. If you have HVAC OR plumbing needs, you owe it to yourself to at least talk to Parobek.

Needed my septic pumped & called Bulldog after finding their company on Yelp. I read a negative…read morepost about them charging more from the phone quote to the in-person price because they had to dig septic tank cover off. I clearly described access to my tank and they were able to quote the same over the telephone & in-person price. I found the 2 techs friendly & they provided good info on system maintenance. They neatly put back the little bit of grass around the tank lid they had to remove to access the lid. Also...I would ignore that other guy with the negative review about price change. If your tank lid is buried, & significant effort has to go into just accessing the lid before any pump out work can be done & you don't tell Bulldog that, then charging more for the time & to dig it out is reasonable. I will use Bulldog for my future septic pump out needs.

I had my septic tank pumped. They did a good job, but they severely under-quoted me how much it…read morewould cost. I was quoted $425 plus a "possible $100 digging charge if they have to dig more than 12 inches down". So my family and I went out there and dug out one whole opening, about 11" down. Turns out they need 2 openings, plus they changed their digging charge policy. According to the receptionist, the policy just changed to "If they have to dig at all, it's $100". So just be aware. $100 to dig a few scoops of dirt SEEMS high to me, but what do I know. My average sized home has a 1,250 gal. tank, and apparently such a tank can hold 1500 gallons, because they charged me $150 more for 500 extra gallons pumped. So all in all, I paid $675 when I expected to pay $425. A bit of a sticker shock. Would I recommend them? Maybe, but just know that they under-quote you. I paid over 50% more than I expected. You WILL have to add the $100 digging fee, and unless you're living in a 1 bedroom trailer, your tank will be more than the $425 standard fee for "up to 1,000 gallons". I'm not going to be ridiculous and give them 1 star or some nonsense. They get 3 stars. They did a good job on the pumping. But I honestly think the owner(s) have a lot to learn about business, customer service, and human psychology. Who likes to pay more than they expected? If you need more than $425 for a pumping, just raise your price. But don't play games. $100 for a bit of digging is ridiculous. Don't hold out hope a person can escape that massive charge, if you want that $100 every time you come out. Just be up-front about how much you want for your service.
