Shockingly, the staff handed over the title to our trailer without verifying identity, ownership, or requiring any documentation whatsoever. No ID check. No paperwork. No authorization. Nothing. This is not a minor mistake--this is a major failure in basic security and business practices. Titles are legal ownership documents, and handing one over to an unverified individual puts customers at real risk. What made this even worse was how it was handled afterward. When I called to address the issue, I was connected to a manager who was completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they said they felt like they had been scammed too. There was no accountability, no attempt to correct the situation, and no concern shown for the seriousness of what happened. The call ended with them hanging up on me. That level of care and professionalism is unacceptable--especially when dealing with something this serious.
