I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop at all, especially to have work done. If you are to go there then make sure you're ready to pay in cash because I was told it's cash only, which should have been a red flag but figured I'd give them the benefit of doubt. So I Brought my girlfriends 2011 Subaru Forester to C&M Auto to have a noise coming from the engine looked at and was introduced to Jazz. I was informed that the engine was bad and needed to have it replaced. My girlfriend had a warranty on the vehicle so we thought no problem. After having the vehicle for a few days we were told that the vehicle also needed to have the transmission replaced as well. Unfortunately the vehicles warranty had ran out so we had to pay it. Which cost us almost $2,000. The warranty company only paid for a used/salvage yard engine and unfortunately had to do the same thing with the transmission, but Jazz told us not to worry because he would be replacing the seals,gaskets, fluids..etc. Which we were ok with. After nearly a month of the vehicle being at his shop, finally he to,d us it was all set to be picked up. When we got the car he had informed me that the vehicle needed have an alignment done. We were also told that the engine has a 1 year warranty and the transmission has a 6 month warranty. Not even a week later we noticed some noises coming from the transmission and saw oil spots in the driveway. I took the vehicle to a local shop and was told the engine was leaking oil and all of the engine and transmission mounts were junk and needed to be replaced as well as the front axles..."which I thought should have been replaced when the engine and transmission where done or at least told us that it needed to be replaced at the time of the engine and transmission being replaced" but we were never told that. After getting the vehicle back from the local shop I took it back to Jazz. He told me there was a small leak in the engine and the transmission should be replaced again and would call the place where he got the trans from. Jazz said that it would be a couple days and he would get back to me and take care of it. It has been well over a month since I was at his shop and I have called him over 100 times as well as texted but he has yet to respond. I know for a fact that he has been avoiding my calls and texts because I had my buddy call right after me and of course Jazz answered the phone, so I called him right after and he never picked up. After talking to several people I was informed that he has done the same thing to others and way worse. Unless you want to waste your time and money then take your vehicle to a reputable repair shop. Thanks for doing the exact opposite of what you said you'd do Jazz. read more

Unbelievable service! Jazz is like no other mechanic takes videos and pictures of problems, explains before he fixes anything. Your car is cleaned inside before you get it back. Timely service and the most honest mechanic I know. I will never take it anywhere else!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! read more

My truck had an overheating issue. Looked up what local mechanics were in the area instead of a dealership because due to the lack of mechanics they have working at there disposal they took up to a month to fix my vehicle even though I called every week. So I found C&M and met a great mechanic there named Jazz. He diagnosed my truck , we talked the price over, and ordered my parts. Parts came in a little bit later had it installed that day and bam back on the road. No hassle and a good price. Jazz was super professional, knowledgeable and genuinely a friendly guy. My tire popped, and they were able to order a new one and swap it out in a timely manner. They were kind and generous and offered to swap my missing lug from their collection for my Honda Civic. I'll definitely come back. read more
