I got an estimate from the Toyota dealership and on a whim I took someone's advice and went here for a "second opinion". The oil change with two patches on two tires that had nails in them was $20 less than an oil change at the dealer! I do need new brakes and they were also far below what I was quoted at the dealership! They came up with 3 fewer problems than the dealership did as well! They were very honest and very reasonable! I wouldn't think twice about bringing my car there for anything! The only negative is they don't have any late night or Sat appointments.

BTS has almost always let me come in the same day and always fixed the punctures promptly. Once, they accidentally scratched one of my rims while doing the work, and because it was raining that day, I didn't notice it until a few days later. But last April, 2023 I needed brakes. It was said they replaced all parts of the brakes, and the cost was over $800. at the time they seemingly did a good job, but 13,000 miles later and I need new brakes again. Now, I do not ride the brakes, or jam the brakes on. This has nothing to do with my driving. Never ever before have i had to replace brakes in less than a year. With no warranty, or anything. At the same time, the hose to my air conditioner was clogged so it was leaking into the front floor. They said there wasn't a clog in the hose, they tried to blow it out , nothing there. i took it to someone else I watched as they blew air in the hose, and all the water came gushing out. Soooo not that it was a huge expense, but they couldn't find the clog, which seemed like a super simple task. They actually tried to tell me that the water was coming from my windshield to inside the car and to take it to an autobody shop. Anyway, as far as I am concerned they are completely incompetent and I would NEVER take another car here!

Went back they tell me someone supposedly must have done work on your wiring harness. It was put back wrong. What??? I'm sure someone did. Bullshit. No.. it's you that did something.
