We were totally ripped off by Vivint. First off they left door sensors at our old house, I asked if…read morewe needed them and was told we didn't. Then we were charged $300 to disconnect and connect then they say we needed a new doorbell for $389. When they installed at the new address, the first time the tech was totally half a**ed so they had to send another guy out. We had NO sensors, so we had to buy new sensors for $100 to replace the ones left at the house we were told we don't need. After the second guy came out to fix everything the first guy didn't do. Now, OUR DOORBELL ONLY RINGS OUTSIDE!!!!!!! WHAT GOOD IS A DOORBELL THAT DOESN'T RING INSIDE THE HOUSE. He showed me it worked but I was outside looking at it when he pushed the button. They've ripped me off for all I can afford already, I can't afford for them to come out a third time to fix it again. Our original bill was $67 per month, now were told it's $145 and it will go up. I don't know what to do to get rid of these crooks.

I appreciate this as many people will call five minutes before arriving and you are rushing around getting ready. Upon arrival he was dressed professionally and laid out why he was there and what all he was going to be doing. The job he was doing for us was not small and I watched as he hustled back and forth installing and setting everything up. All was well on the job when he informed me that our front camera did not have the pre-wiring it was supposed to have. I was expecting to be told that this would be a delay and I would have to make a separate appointment to have the wiring installed. However, he said he would installing the missing wiring. This had him spending an extra 45 minutes in our attic running this wiring. It was over 90 degrees outside and I cannot imagine how hot it was in the attic. He finished the work and got everything installed. I knew these delays put him late for another install. However, Carlos never rushed the job and made sure everything was working perfectly. He then took the time to setup the video analytics and walk me through the operation of every component. Install home networking utilizing Ubiquiti equipment (WAPs, Network Switches) 3. Flush Mount TVs in multiple rooms 4. Install security system utilizing exiting pre-wire 5. Install floodlight 6. Install smoke detectors (Nest) Matt's team was great! Everything was installed perfectly and the team spent time to make sure everything was working as we liked. We did encounter some issues, however, Matt had his team work with us to correct them as we encountered them (i.e. faulty pre-wire causing false-positives on the alarm). I was really looking forward to a beautiful flush mount install of our TVs in every room (especially the living, game, and media rooms) and he delivered.
