I would not recommend this company. They delivered my truck from the body shop after a fresh paint job. Everything was fine until they began unloading it. The driver failed to ensure the tailgate was secured (which I have on camera). As the truck was lowered, the tailgate dug into the ground, bending the hinges and ultimately causing it to come off. This also resulted in damage to the newly painted truck and the tailgate itself. The driver was polite and apologized, stating he would report the incident to his boss. However, the owner never reached out to address the situation. After waiting several hours, I called myself and was met with complete disregard for the damage caused. I requested that they at least return and tow the vehicle back to the body shop. He briefly agreed, then hung up on me. I have since followed up three times and sent two emails with no response. At this point, I will be pursuing a civil case, as this damage is clearly the company's responsibility. read more

The person who answered the phone was courteous and professional - answered all of my questions and set the appointment. The next day communication was great. My vehicle was picked up on time and the driver communicated with me on when the vehicle was going to arrive at the shop. This is my third time using C & M towing and as the last two times, it has been a great experience. Rob was my tow driver, he went above and beyond! The truck wouldn't start, tried to put it in neutral, and let it turn towards the tow truck, and then my steering locked up . But Rob got out a tool and helped us start the truck and then helped guided and pushed the truck to the ramp Because it just died again . thank you Rob. read more

I got a flat tire about 40 minutes away from home one night and called several towing companies. The first one to answer was this one and I was so grateful because it was around 10-10:30 at night. A tow truck was sent almost 15-20 minutes after relaying my information. the gentleman was nice enough to to wait for my ride to make sure I was safe and we followed him almost the whole way home. The last time I saw my car everything was fine, the next morning I called the shop to fix my tire and that I had it towed there. They said they could not work on my car because MY BUMPER HAD BEEN RIPPED OFF!! I rushed over early in the morning to find my cars bumper completely ripped off and lying on the ground. I call the tow truck company and they tell me to call the driver. He denies everything and says that's how it looked when he picked it up. I have called for management for three days straight and no one has gotten back to me. I'm displeased with the terrible communication since I can't get my car worked on until the bumper gets fixed. I filed a claim with my insurance and a police report just to document but I have yet to hear back from management. So far I've just been paying for it all. On top of the 190$ tow to the place just to have my bumper ripped off. Next time I'm following my tow truck driver all the way there. read more

The person who came was so competent and he had to use loads of skills. Our new car had a battery that was so dead it couldn't be charge. Since it was in our garage, he had to use lots of ingenuity to get it out and on to the tow truck. read more

God bless Tim & this towing service. They actually beat the 911 rescue units to my vehicle that was submerged (up to its floorboards) in fast running water. Tim got my vehicle & me to safety then towed it to another county. He was very friendly. Quite the colorful character in his 60's, you'd never guess his age. Just be prepared to hear a few curse words whirled at speeding drivers. Five stars for the speed of this tow truck company! read more

A relative's car broke down on Super Bowl Sunday in the late evening. The relative and her canine were picked up and her car was towed to her home around 40 miles away. The timing was good, someone picks up the phone when you call even on late nights on what must be very busy ones, and the service is excellent. I recommend this company. read more
