We live hundreds of miles away and I couldn't get to the accident scene. Florida Highway Patrol left the girls in the middle of the median after he wrote up the accident report. My daughter and her friend were literally stranded in the middle of one of the busiest highways in the US with no way to get across the road without getting killed. I called AAA and their dispatch took hours and was really awful so I called my insurance company and they dispatched Carters instead. Matt was awesome about communicating and got the girls to a safe location. Carters was also great when the insurance adjuster came to total the car. They turned a bad situation into a good one.
