Second time when we scheduled the cleaning it became a NIGHTMARE. If you want 'peace of mind' find other cleaning services. 1) She was scheduled to clean on 9/12/23. I clarified with her a week before, and again the night before (on 9/11 at 6pm she responded ok for 8am on 9/12/23). On 9/12 morning schedule time comes 8am (when she said she will come) -- no update...an hour late no update...no text response...no call response..around 10:30am she says she can do only on that Thursday... 2) I moved many meetingg including my managers meeting and other meetings to make Thursday work for her, even though Friday would have worked better. I let her know that we cleaned up all 3 bathroom sink area, top of bereau and kicthen counters so that it's easy for her to clean...we had all those stuff in boxes for 3 days... 3) Wednesday evening again I confirm the time with her. She says yes to the time and date for Thursday-9/14/23. Same story happens again on Thursday morning! Just like the one on Tuesday-9/12/23. Time comes and goes she's not there, she is unavailable via chat and call...... Save yourself all those hassles and get a DIFFERENT cleaning services. You WILL have PEACE OF MIND with someone else who can keep their words and don't respect your time over and over again.....Most importantly someone who is reliable and keep their words!!! ** If she had urgent things happening which at times we all do. Only thing I needed her to do is send a one liner text!!!

I have a 3 bedroom townhome, 2.5+ baths, about 1700 sq feet. I felt the price they quoted me was very reasonable and cheaper than most well known companies. Knowing this, it made it all the better that the team that came and cleaned my house was on time and cleaned better than the franchise owned company I used to have clean for me. It was little things that made me noticed the pride they had for the business to have a good reputation. Examples of this were, they remade our beds very nicely, I saw them scrubbing the grate of my kitchen sink very carefully and throughly (which is a major pain!), they cleaned and wiped down all the surfaces of my stairs including the risers. My house also didn't smell like bleach when they were done. They took extreme care to clean like someone was watching, even though I was barely around. There was even a time when one of them was wiping down a counter and made it a point to let me know that there was a wedding ring on the counter and she was going to move it to another spot (she showed me where), just to make sure I knew there was something valuable out and she wanted to make sure I knew where it was. I had literally no complaints with what they did, I was 100% happy, I found nothing left "undone". Totally recommend them!

Do NOT hire these scammers for your paint project! NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING UPFRONT! They scammed me out of $400 of a $1,000 job and did only minor wall prep. and did not paint one wall! 1) It's a huge red flag that they had no tools and they actually asked for 50% ($500), upfront before any work was done.... 2) I ended up giving them a$300 advance because they said they needed supplies (brushes, step-stool, tarps, tape, drywall mud, spackle, etc). I agreed to advance them the money so tbey could get what they needed to start. 3) After doing almost no work, they left taking my $300 advance, plus another $100 they conned me out of with no work done except some wall prep, then tried to come back and get the supplies I payed for. They had not earned $400, they hadn't even earned $200. I paid for those supplies and they didn't do the work to pay for them. 4) They brought the police to my house when they showed up without calling demanding the supplies I paid for. I let them take the $150-$200 worth of supplies to they had not earned. 4) On the first day, after 5-6 hours, they had not done any painting and only partial prep work, yet they asked for another $300, which I had told them would be given after the first coat was applied. No paint was up. .They initially said that the 1st coat would be at tbe end of thr first day, but when we got home they were only starting to roll the ceiling in the laundry room, without even wiping it clean and removing the cobwebs! It was almost as if theu heard me pulling in and real quick poured out some paint. 5) We had agreed to $300 upfront, another $300 upon the halfway mark, which would be after the first coat was done, and the final $400 upon completion. They said they would have the first coat done by the end of the first day. However no painting was done and they left after 5 hours or so getting no painting done except a few rolls on the laundry room ceiling. Yet, they still asked for the $300 that was due at the halfway mark! When I said no, they got very rude, saying I wasn't keeping my end of the bargain and wasn't hiding up my end of the deal! They pressured me until I gave them ANOTHER $100 on top of the $300 already advanced! Then I told them they owed me the first coat of paint since 40% of the job was now paid. I said once that was completed, I would give them another $200, $600 in total. The final $400 would be given upon completion of the project. They took the $400, including all the supplies (Brushes, tarps. spackle, tape, etc). They never sanded down the spackle (should have used drywall mud or done any real painting!. They brought the police to my house after robbing me! 6) They look annoyed when we come home, around 4pm and immediately packed up, and left. They said say they were leaving cuz we came home! We never agreed to not be there! Later he says we will need to stay gone and not interrupt them when working if I expecting them to stick to schedule as if they could not work with my teen son and myself in the house. We stayed out of the rooms they were working in. 7) I notice they didn't use drywall mud to skim the wall imperfections...they used a spackle for drywall which is infinitely harder to spread with a putty knife and to sand. I dont even know if they used the putty knife. Nothing was sanded. Instead of using wall patches they shoved spackle in the 1 and 2 inch holes in the wall. The next day it still was pink and soft to the touch. Its not meant for areas that large. 8) They told me to get 25 gallons of paint, not so much of ceiling paint, so much for walls and so much for trim. While all white thru have different sheets. They didnt appear to have any experience at all.painting or patching and no clue how much work was involved or how long it would take them. 9) GASLIGHTING! They said there was more extensive wall prep. then I conveyed. However, it wasnt simply something we talked about. I sent them extensive photos of each wall snd close ups of any damage. He had an opportunity to examine the job before starting. Its his responsibility to examine the job, and ask questions before taking the job..nothing new was added to the job after he agreed by photos. He totally tried to headlight me like I hid the full extent of the job from him when he agreed to it. 9) We voluntarily left the first day. It was never discussed that we wouldn't be there..Yet we were chastised for coming home "early", which was around 4:30 p.m. on a Sunday. I needed to start dinner. He later said tbey couldn't be expected to stick to the schedule if the workplace wasn't empty. When I gave him 2nd chance he threatened to raise the rates if he didnt finish by Wednesday "because the workplace wasn't empty".
