When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). Most of this could have been avoided if he would have just called before coming so I could be ready for him. Never will call him again for anything.

After diagnosing the problem, They had to persist with Briggs and Stratton to get it covered under warranty. It took a couple of weeks and they updated me weekly. I didn't have to keep calling to make sure they were making progress. Once the parts came in the work was done quickly and, as promised I received a refund on the deposit (minus shipping). Good work and honest people.
