C&S fence is now K&S fence. Apparently they had to change their name. Neighbors used them and we were putting up a fence at the same time so we decided to use them. I treated there workers nice buying them lunch on the days they worked. One side the pickets didn't match in color. Was not even close. As they were building it I brought it to there attention. They told me not to worry it would all fade in and look the same. It didn't. Not even close. They told me "Why don't you just paint the fence?" Other side of the fence was where we had our property regraded. We told them that the ground was softer there. They said no problem. Now the fence leans about a foot out of level on the top. We called them and they said they would have to charge us to come out and fix it. Fence is not even 4 months old. read more

Best price and terrific outcome! I can't get over how great my fence looks with all of the detailed finishing touches they thought to put into the project. Their quote was complete, extremely professionally presented, and very reasonable compared with other quotes. My yard is small and the fence had to make some turns to fit just right. They were fast and so accommodating. Randy was a pleasure to deal with. He and Clyde went out of their way to try to get the fence up before our dogs arrived after we moved into a new house and neighborhood. The whole crew worked nonstop to make it all happen as planned. Do NOT do business with this company, I gave them a deposit in December to begin our fence installation in January of 2024. That was the last time I heard from them. I have called and left messages, texts, emails and even visited their office which was a shared office space. Nothing. Two other people have contacted me and also have the same experience. read more

Set a post on a sprinkler head and feeder line. Both entrenched in concrete. Broken line now floods the yard and sprinkler isn't operational. Wouldn't use these guys, too careless and wouldn't fix the problem. read more

We were moving here from out of state and needed a fence built at our new home ASAP for our 2 dogs. Randy came out and did the design, estimate, and proposal within 24 hours. I had some reservations because of a couple bad reviews online but when I found out these guys build 1000's of fences annually these bad reviews were insignificant. Further when I read the contract I saw that most of the bad reviews were about cracked boards. Well, boards crack and I was notified of that fact up front.... All I can say is I had a same day quote, I paid the deposit immediately, I was put on the schedule for the day after I closed on my new home, Randy kept me informed and his crew showed up and built my fence in 2 days. 1 day to string it out and set the posts the 2nd day to finish. While building the fence there were some concerns about the grade and Josh and the crew consulted me and explained to me the issues and asked me to make those decisions rather than making assumptions. C&S Fencing is a complete joke. I'm only leaving one star because it won't accept zero. We recently had our fence installed toward the end of summer. Randy seemed like a great guy until we had issues with some fence damage. When we originally had the fence installed we found out after our deposit that we paid significantly more than anyone in our neighborhood. Some as much as double the price. When we tried to back out of a contract we never signed, he assured us we may pay a little more because he offers a 3 year warranty and stands behind his work. Well that was a complete lie. We called to report the damage and he said since we have had "severe" wind in the area that wasn't covered. Nowhere in the contract did he point this out. To make matters worse he said they would come out for a service call starting at $250!!! Are you kidding me?? After we spent an extra $2000 over the next best price in the neighborhood. I will not pay that company another penny to come to my property and I hope this review hurts some of his future business. read more

I called around to 5 or 6 fencing companies in the area and 2 called me back. The first was Frontline Fencing and they "showed up early" for our 10am appointment and just left without ever calling me back to reschedule. Luckily C&S called back because I called them out, got an estimate and 5 weeks later (they dealt with the HOA for us), we have a fence that is nicer than we expected! It took them about 8.5 hours to get it all done on Monday (post were put in on Friday) and we couldn't be happier! read more
